Mr. Shrinkwrap Opiniões

Everything shipped immediately. And arrived in good condition.

Guys did a great job.

We had our pool furniture shrink-wrapped for the season, and this team went above and beyond. Not only were they professional and pleasant to work with, but they also helped move some of the furniture around to ensure the job was done right. Scheduling was a breeze, and communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process. Truly great service from start to finish – we’ll definitely be using them again!

Product got here immediately. Worked great.
will use again for sure.

Super quick delivery, immediate response from customer service. Quality products

Website was easy to navigate, price of product was just right, and it arrived quickly. I thought I purchased double sided weather- proofing tape, but that is my fault for not reading the description fully. It will still do what I need it to.

Professional equipment and professional service

I ordered the product I needed from your website and a few days later received an email and a call informing me that the product I ordered was not actually in stock. The person who called was very helpful in finding me the next closes item in stock to amend my order. However, I was disappointed to learn that the replacement product cost more and that I was being charged the difference. Most companies would accept that they made an error (in this case by not updating your inventory) and offer to honor the original purchase price while still replacing the item with the next most appropriate product.

Customer service was good as they had to pivot since they didn't have the wrap i ordered online.

However, no instructions in the kit. Was left scouring youtube trying to find videos and instructions.

Felt the wrap was too thin. Very little forgiveness between shrinking and burning thru the wrap. Had to patch a bunch of holes.

It was great to call in and have a live human take my order. The product was exactly what I wanted and worked great to wrap my boat. I was able to go to their office in PA and pick it up. Great company!

Ordering was easy, fast shipping.

All went well no surprises.

Your customer service department is very helpful. Your web site is so easy to use.

There is no experience as the work has yet to be completed. There was no communication. I had to reach out to get some type of response.

Easy to deal with
