Solid product, protected my boat 3 years in a row now! Will continue to purchase from Mr. Shrinkwrap!
all items ordered were received and working fine, but this is not the first time we have used this brand. We have about 30+ that we are currently using, purchased from other suppliers.

Promotional strapping cord not shipped
I ordered a roll of shrink-wrap. To be included was a promotional roll of the strapping cord, using the promo-code MSWCORD.
"1/2" x 500' Cross Woven Poly Strapping Cord, which comes FREE for orders $225 or more.
Simply use the code MSWCORD"
I called the office and was assured that a roll would be shipped to me. That didn't happen.
After reading my review, they made good on the roll of cord, receiving it just a few days later.
It's how a company responds to a mistake that makes all the difference. I will buy from them again.

I ordered a case of tape
I ordered a case of tape, the wrong color came and I had to re-order and then the wrong color came again and only 6 rolls vs 12. Both order sheets were right but the materials in the box were wrong. I had to take time to print labels and send back the wrong orders. I also couldn’t finish jobs while I needed to wait for the correct order. Frustrating and will look elsewhere for future needs.
