Hugely dissapointed
Hugely dissapointed, they managed to break a locking nut and destroy the locking nut socket in the progress. No real help and it's going to be an expensive repair all just before Xmas. I won't be returning,

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed. All our technicians are trained to remove locking nuts by hand due to their fragile nature. Our technician undid the OSR nut without issue but when he tried the NSR it felt too tight. Our technician reported this to you and said that if he carried on it might break, it was decided to carry on and it broke. We can see that we fitted the front tyres without issue in May and the OSR in 2024. We have not removed the NSR before so it may have been in place for a long time. We are not able to remove that type of locking nut but we did give you details of a specialist that could. It is always disappointing when things do not go to plan for both parties and we sorry that this occurred.
