Excellent Service - Highly recommend
I've used Mr Tyre in Lichfield a number of times now and everytime the service is excellent and today was no exception. Polite and helpful staff, excellent customer service and great prices. Big thank you to the gentleman who was working on the front desk today, many thanks for your help and a credit to your company, very professional and helpful. Courteous, but initial misjudgement of fault.
Courteous front of house. Fairly good communication with excellent response to emails.
Questioned results on TPMS as they said that all 4 weren't working, resulting in being informed that the mechanic didn't know how to use the garages tooling, and therefore only 1 at fault as per my booking.
