The gentleman at the reception clearly seemed unwilling to engage in conversation. When I asked for information, he didn’t provide complete details. I recently had an interim service done and expected to receive a report outlining the service checklist — showing pass/fail status and comments for each item. However, when I didn’t find such a report and asked about it, the receptionist didn’t offer any explanation or information about my car or the service performed; he simply handed me the key. And this is not the first time, I previusly did a fix for my tyre and he also seemed unwilling to discuss with me.

Easy to book, excellent service, returning customer for 4 years.

Went down on the off chance that they can change two headlight bulbs for me,it was done within 20 minutes, very pleased with their professionalism will be back again.

Telephoned at 9.15 and was told I could come down straight away. I tool only 20 minutes to repair my tyre and the price was very reasonable. I deffinately re omend this company

The team are always helpful friendly and knowledgeable. As a woman on her own I know they will look after my car and not rip me off on price.

Arrived went to book in got there earlier than I was booked in made sure I had explained what needed doing.I left my VW transporter with them,got a phone call letting me know the work could be done.When I collected they explained what had been done.

I found some tyres at a good price, reserved online, although I couldn't get fitting slot I wanted but called up next day and they said I could come in earlier no problem. My car was taken into workshop fairly quickly, I could see the fitter working on it (always reassuring) but the car was back on the ground for a good 15 minutes so I asked if it was done (it was). Would have given 5 stars otherwise, won't put me off coming back - I've been using this depot for perhaps 20 years on and off.

I've been using MR. Tyre for some years. Fast turn around and well-priced. It's well worth getting your tracking checked and adjusted if needed: I saw noticeable improvements in tyre wear when corrected on my last two cars.
