Mr Tyre Ltd - Tamworth Opiniões

I’ve used mr tyre more times than I can count and always been satisfied until now . I had an 11am appointment to fit two tyres . My car wasn’t taken in for 30mins . I watched as two young kids worked on my car in between laughing and joking with each other . Then one tyre wouldn’t seal against the rim . They messed around with it for half an hour before coming into the office for advice . Also an off duty member of staff bought a punctured tyre in along with his girlfriend and same two lads who were meant to be fitting my tyres saw to his problem first . . An 11am appointment and I left there at 12.45 pm .

Appointment booked on line, arrived 10-15 minutes before arranged time, workshop was busy but over an hour after arranged time before vehicle taken into workshop.
Once taken in worked on efficiently and with care. Tyres priced competitively .

A great Internet booking experience. Nice warm waiting room. Plenty of chat and banter. Nice professional outfit. Really pleased with the service

Excellent rate service from Mr Tyre. Absolutely could not help enough. Also saw excellent service for another customer who was concerned about their car and they sorted it for them quickly and efficiently.

Good welcome when I got there to drop keys off. Phone call when car was ready.
And polite team when picking car up

Steve and the team are really helpful

Had to wait for over an hour despite booking two days earlier. Didn’t have the tyres I chose online as couldn’t find them. Foul language displayed fragrantly across waiting room and in front of customers thankfully we didn’t have children with us. Very apathetic approach and not as professional as we would have liked. Will go elsewhere in future.

Great staff. Very helpful

Once the invoice pricing error was corrected, all good

Friendly staff, fitted four tyres within an hour. Very pleased

Mr Tyre (Tamworth) has been my go-to Garage for 10 years at least. I keep going back, with two cars, because of the professional competence and high standards of customer care demonstrated here.

Friendly and helpful staff don't feel intimidated being a female.
