Never have any bad experiences going to Mr Tyre in Walsall. It's never enjoyable to spend money, but at least you feel you get your money worth.
Fair prices, good professional service and job done when they say they will be.

Mot was done September last year. No mention of corrosion at all. Passed the mot, few months down the line back axel snapped and no one will accept that this should have been put up on the mot with how bad it was.
The garage that has had to recover the car and is carrying out the repair has said the axel is that corroded it would have been flagged up on the mot as it is like tissue paper.

Amazing, the company say they will help as a good will gesture. But due to having a review they don't like they now refuse that help. Even though legally (and I have spoke to legal representatives now) as the corrosion was that bad it should have been flagged up on the last m.o.t but wasn't.
They refuse to help when they are in the wrong.
In regards to the clean bill from the dvsa I will wait for a new response from the company before I contact them with a full report from the new garage that has to repair the car and show the report to them and provide all details of legal action. Due to the petty oh we wont help now because you put a review on it.
Not to mention the orginal nasty reply I got to which I screen shotted before it was changed to a more professional response.

After my old garage of over 10yrs unfortunately closed down due to no fault circumstances ! I think I've found my new garage!

Absolutely disgusting experience, very poor attitude and quite simply just general bad manners. No communication, can't even be bothered to say hello. Will not be using them again. If you want to know what it feels like getting out of the wrong side of bed, just visit these guys. They really need to sort themselves out, or they will end up losing more customers. Don't even deserve 1 star.
