Jack our field sales agent was so…
Jack our field sales agent was so helpful throughout this process, upon arriving home from work and not being able to set up the new WiFi that had been installed, we called Jack and within mins he was round setting it up for us. Jack was very professional throughout and really cared we recieved a great service. Thanks Jack 👍🏻

Job was rushed but it was completed on time
The company have done a decent job. The engineers who come out are polite and professional.
Was told civil works needs to be done, non was done.
My outlet duct was block, engineer was eager to cancel the job, so I got my wet vacuum out and cleared it within minutes.
Install engineer wanted to put extra holes in the wall instead of using existing ones, politely explained I want a neat job.
On the outside wall I had a cover for the cable which wasnt put back on and looked shoddy. Dont worry I rectified that and also cleared up the mess.
Just seems like they want the job done ASAP without any extra work. Which isnt what the customer wants.

Massive thanks to Kev for sorting me out pretty quickly and getting my new broadband imstalled within a week. It is miles better then my previous provider, should have gone with these in the first place.

My engineer was named Zoe. She spotted what was wrong within minutes of being here she also completed the jib within 30 mins. She was a breathe of fresh air with her happy bubbly personality. Thank you Zoe xxx

Internet install
Stefan the engineer came out to do a install today. Part of the install should have been completed last week by another team and wasn't done, Stefan contacted the office and went above and beyond making sure it could be completed today and was. Thank you very much highly appreciated and Stefan is highly recommended

Fast fix
Zoe was very polite and I felt comfortable having her in my home. She had my Internet back up and running quickly and made sure phones and tele were able to connect before she left.
