Avoid Multicard Gift Cards

Only one star because I can't give zero!

Daughter given this for her birthday in July 2021. Stupid and limiting that you have to redeem it for a particular store but seems you do. Redeemed it for Pizza Hut as we often have their pizzas delivered for the kids' birthdays as they do GF ones for coeliac friends. Found out afterwards that you can only use it in an actual PH restaurant! There aren't that many any more.

I contacted Jifti support as soon as I realised it was only redeemable in a restaurant and that my daughter would be unlikely to be able to use it but was told that nothing could be done.

Suffice to say, she didn't manage to use in time but I was under the impression - from Jifti support - that we had to wait for the year to lapse then could redeem it elsewhere. Just checked the T & Cs and it looks like you lose the money altogether after a year of redemption even though I swear that the original digital card was valid for two years.

I am not a fan of gift cards at the best of times but this is by far the worst and hardest to redeem with inflexible customer 'care'. An all round rip off, wasting both the buyer and recipient's money. So disappointing for my daughter.

Multicards scam me $16000 (Balance + Hold payment + Rolling Reverse)

We used Multicards before in the last year (10/2019), we got termination message from staff (no email, no letter or paper). Then they said they will check and return my money after 6 months, and they did not do that, it is lied & scammed company. They eated $16k USD from me, that is not professional company, there is a lot of scam reports on this company on google, please becareful.

I got terminated message from their staff on 10, 2019 . So i am able to withdraw my monoey on May, 2020. But i messaged many email and contact form, until now 3 months passed, there is no email was responsed. What is this kind of support? If they have fine from Visa, or something pay fee for lawers, courts, they must have invoice or letter. In this case there is no thing is sent to me.

Another problem, at many previous months, an old man without knowledge used our service to buy digital code, then dont know how to use and we show instruction, he disagreed to read and we ask his account to help him, and him disagreed too. So we asked him to contact to service support to get help. Then them contacted to Multicard, and multicard follow instruction and used his digital code ..... WHAT? user buy or that guy buy (i remember his name is Michel), after that he asked me to send to the old man new code??? WHAT ??? Please think, if you sell microsoft license for windows, then PSP support activate on his computer and say, we have to make a test, if you dont send new code to your buyer by our mistake, we will refund this payment. How do you feel?
In this case, when premium key is activated, profit will transfer to affiliate user through filesharing system, so no filesharing owner wannas provide refund. So we lost that fee to generate new code by their mistake. I hope multicards here to verify these information :)
