Excellent service and communication. I don’t know these gents personally but they are excellent at what they do. I’ve used many agents in the past to book my tickets and they’ve always lied and tried to make a sale. But at Mushtaq they will go out of there way to help you and if they can’t they will tell you this. not keep you hanging. You’ve tried the rest now try the best!!!!

I am absolutely appalled by there service it is awful the staff are so rude as soon as you have paid for your tickets they do not help you at all if you need to make changes they try to rip you off by charging you for stuff even the airline don't charge for. You will not believe how much they charge you for changes that are free. we used this company first and last time we will never use them again. I do not recommend them to anybody even family or friends to use them. They do not co operate at all as soon as they get there money that's it before the payment they will be so polite and act very kind but if any problems occur after the tickets issued they will not help they will tell you not to ring them and say they are very busy if you email they say don't email we know what we are doing in such a rude manner.DO NOT USE THEM!

This company is very helpful and professional. I cannot fault them. They make all the travelling process painless and simple. I always use these guys and they are always ready to answer any questions. They have extensive knowledge in the travelling field.
