I wish I could give negative stars, had nothing but issues with this one of a company, my first order arrived and looked nothing like the photos I provided and quality of the base especially was absolutely shocking my second order I haven't received as seller has stopped responding to me as he didn't want to change my Partners skin colour who is clearly black and he produced a mixed race figure that looked nothing like her. Don't get ripped off by them, I can't tell you how bad they are

If I could give negative 20 I would. I paid extra to get it expedited to have it by a certain date, the seller assured me if I pay extra I’ll get it by the date I need it. So I did.
The seller could not make the BOBBLEHEAD even close to any of the pictures I gave them. So they kept having to edit the proof until it looked atleast 50% like the face in the picture I sent them. Then they says it would be a whole week to ship even though I paid extra to have it expedited. They said it’s my fault since I took so long and kept wanting edits..well if they could do their work right the first time there would not have needed to be any need for edits so many times. Then when I told them I can’t leave a good review, they cancelled my order so I couldn’t leave a review at all!!!! Worst business I’ve ever worked with. There are 10000 other bobble head sellers, do yourself a favor and give your money to another seller that knows how to correctly do business and isn’t a crook.

TOTAL SCAM!! Never received my order cause of “undeliverable address” which is my office where I get psckages every day. The carrier GOFOEXPRESS is totally bogus as well. No phone numbers for either company, just email
contact that is answered by automated messages. Report them as fraud!

We absolutely loved our bobblehead!! My wife thought it was the best Valentines gift ever!! The detail was absolutely amazing it looks so much like us it was scary :-) we would recommend you for a great gift to anyone wanting customized bobbleheads of their loved ones! Five stars across the board!

I ordered a bobble head as a gift. The final item came with a loose base, the label was tiny and overall very poor quality. Extremely disappointed.

Please do not purchase any item from this website. It's a complete scam. If I could attach photos of what I received to show you the final product, you will agree with me. There are other companies that will give you what you pat for.

It looks just how I wanted it to!!! There is tons of detail, very cooperative on everything, and always got back to me very quickly. Shipping took only a little longer than expected but still not bad at all!!! I'm obsessed!

Took my money and never revieved the item keep getting no where with the web chats. Its a scam

I started to believe this bobble head websites are scams.
All websites are the same and filled with fake reviews.
Didn't get my product yet

Order it feb 5th.
It said on the website 1 - 5 business days to make it.
7 - 14 days shipping

Its been 9 days and still not shipped.
Their insta page comments are the same. People asking for their product and even refunds
No response
