I had surgery with this company 9 years ago, I’ve recently had issues which l can’t discuss yet! I contacted them to ask for my payment records and they sent them to me, then I asked them for all my other correspondence between myself and them and they said they don’t have anything after 7 years 🤔 but they have my payment information 🤔 I want all my information they have of me emailed to myself asap !

Avoid and go directly to the surgeon you want. Cheaper and a lot better care. Several lies made by their company including making me pay a hospital bill and saying they would pay me back then reverting and saying they couldn't despite me already paying them direct for the hopsital bill so I have now paid twice.

I wrote my 1st review 5th Sept 2021. I hadn't been contacted and as it turns out, after my review, they did but they had clearly forgot and paid for me an extra day in London. The surgery. Hmmm. Jaw line still looking very good. Upper eyelids, easy for Norman Waterhouse but 2 lumps on eyelids, clearly not that good as a surgeon, please feel free to ask me for photos. Neck, the turkey is coming back. Do I ask myself if so called top street and London surgeon was worth it at £18,500, probably not. The actual care there after the fact was brilliant, but it's the end result and 2.5 years in and lumps and bumps is not worth what they charge
Excellent service
My whole experience with My Breast has been amazing. Any surgery is such a huge decision, and I had been wrestling with wether to have a breast lift and reduction for years. From the first point of contact with Jo she was so lovely and helpful and reassuring. It was like talking to a friend without the pressure of a hard sell. I was recommended a few surgeons but choose Dr Saour. I am now six weeks in and I am so pleased with the results! To be fair I was very pleased with the results as soon as I woke up from surgery! I couldn't recommend my breast highly enough or Dr Saour he is so professional, calm and kind and was a breath of fresh air. I am looking forward to going back to be signed off and go bra shopping. The surgery has changed my life and I wish I had done it years ago

I must admit I'm not one to leave a lot of reviews, either way. BUT the experience I've had with MyBreast, courtesy of Jo, is simply something I have to write home about. So, strap yourself in for a read.
She is, without doubt, the only reason I'm leaving this review and chose MyBreast in the first place.
A big researcher, I'd contacted several clinics to discuss options and their service. The majority had little information on their websites and encouraged phone contact for the most minimal detail. Only MyBreast had the transparency to publish at least a ballpark figure (to at least understand if it was a viable option) and a full info graphic of the procedure and recovery etc. Anyway, I digress.
Of all the clinics I contacted, MyBreast was the only one to connect me with a real, helpful person from the outset. Every other establishment made all initial contact via a call centre somewhere in the Midlands to invest precisely 10 minutes to qualify me (and answer nothing that isn't on their website). While I appreciate the efficiency, I was enquiring to a highly costly and complex life decision - not a wholesale order of Spam. So, the conveyor belt approach was not for me.
Jo wasn't the first to call back but, as a patient advisor, spent a full hour answering my catalogue of questions with the added grace of her own experience which is priceless.
Since then, every single promise she made has been delivered on. I was match made with the ideal surgeon upon our first conversation. A match that was verified on my first no-cost meeting but had it not, I was free to have introduction meetings with all the other surgeons. That's pretty special - all other private Consultations I've had came with the pleasure of a £200+ price tag. These guys want you to get it right.
Then there is the explicit and comprehensive after care package. The patient advisor support is second to none. Seriously, 24/7. Poor Jo was coming back to me in seconds on a Friday night when I was convinced my new boobs were squeaking (for those that follow, leave the dear woman alone and Google it). And I’ve had direct access to the surgeon/hospital for any concerns or queries, plus all the check ups on healing/settling etc I could need.
The best choice I’ve ever made. And all the reassurances and advice from Jo has turned out to be completely and thoroughly accurate, despite my reservations and neurotic fear of making the wrong decision.
Positive experience
Professor Sforza did a wonderful job of my breast surgery over 4 years ago and it is still as perfect and I have no discomfort at all.

I had Breast surgery here on the 8th oct with professor Pfizer, he was very professional and understanding of what I needed to achieve , I got the results I wanted and am extremely pleased. Thank you !

Sadly I didn’t get the name of the wonderful Dr who looked after me after surgery , I was too gaga from my anaesthetic so cannot remember.

I had a fantastic experience with MyBreast. Fantastic support and all the staff are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to be available for you in and out of hours. My surgeon was superb and I would thoroughly recommend MyBreast. I would particularly call out Jo Williams at MyBreast who has been a rock of support throughout.
Absolutely amazing!
Was looked after so so well, the nurses were extremely kind and polite, and catered to my every need. The procedure was quick and I felt no pain! I was clearly in the hands of very talented people and I also felt very safe and well looked after. I would highly recommend MyBreast to anyone who wanted to boost their confidence through cosmetic surgery!

I have had an excellent experience so far with this clinic. Jo was very friendly and dealt with my queries efficiently to meet my needs. My surgery has been booked and I am super excited as everything to date has been excellent!!!
A poor experience for me
A poor experience for me. I initially requested a consultation online, I was emailed and asked for all of my data , info , photos of my breasts and a photo of my ID before I had even spoken with a human. The email stated my appointment would be cancelled if I didn’t share this in advance. I explained that I was not comfortable sharing this info so soon and they allowed the appointment to go ahead.
The patient advisor was the only good part of my experience. she was open, honest and generous with her time. She booked me in for a video consultation with a surgeon so I could ask more questions. At this point I felt comfortable sharing my photos and details.
The surgeon arrived a few mins late for our call (not a huge issue) she told me everything she needed to, asked me some questions and then said “well that’s enough for today, lets arrange a face to face”..
I had said I have a few questions, she answered one or two and then cut me off saying “I have another consultation in 1 minute”. I explained I had been offered this appointment so I can ask questions.
She was quite rude and said “no, I have another patient you will have to wait now”
Aside from having a slightly complicated case and wanting to understand all of my options, I need to trust and feel comfortable with my surgeon. I am certainly not letting anyone rude and impatient operate on me!
Clearly the set up is back to back- churn them out!
I have not heard from anyone at my breast since the video consult, they have not followed up on my case. They did however ask for my feedback on Trust pilot- so here it is!!!

I've met Mr Syed for initial consultation and he was excellent. He took his time to explain things throughly. The team was very friendly too, senior patient advisor Jo and nurse Mary.
In my case, there're a few different options to choose, so now I have to make a decision which I feel comfortable with.

Jo is really friendly and easy to talk to. She put all my concerns at ease almost immediately. I'm excited rather than nervous for my surgery and that's thanks to her for being so approachable, informative and just nice really!
My breast is the best
My whole experience with my My Breast was just fantastic. They looked after me every step of the way. The surgery went very smoothly and i’ve had very little pain afterwards. I love my new breasts they are exactly what i dreamed of. My surgeon listened and took care of my needs. I am so pleased i chose my breast.

I’ve not been very impressed with the my breast communication. When I initially called 25/04/22 I asked to be given some idea of costs which I was told I would be sent & wasn't. I had my virtual consultation yesterday 05/05/22 & the doctor said I’d be sent quotes for all the options, I called today 6th May because I still hadn’t received the quotes & asked if I could have the quotes e mailed to me. I received a call and have verbally been told some prices & asked again that I be sent on e mail all the quotes for each option & still haven’t received the information. It’s very frustrating to not have the information I need to be able to make a decision. You also cannot e mail you always have to call. The poor communication has really put me off & considering I’ve still not received the pricing almost 2 weeks later I was really surprised to receive this link to give a review.
The virtual consult was also a waste of time really, unless the doctor physically sees you they can’t tell what procedure you actually need, so I feel like I’ve wasted the last 2 weeks.
