Terrible. Lost my return parcel and offered me 50 euro in compensation. I am out by 150 euro. Do not use unless you are prepared to lose money.

Slowest company to return items. Dont bother

It’s shocking waiting a month now and nothing., I kept the tracking number , pictures etc and it’s like they left the planet so I’m out of pocket of €152 which is a lot for a person with disabilities or for anyone these days . Do not use this company.

3 weeks and still nothing - complete joke

Do not use!!!! Dropped parcel 16th Oct, retailer still has not received parcel. Tracking saying "in transit"
The worst delivery service I've ever used .. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Left two packages in the shop 02/08/2024 and one 06/08/2024 - none have been returned to the retailer yet. Trackings for two of them have not been updated since 07/08/2024 and showing still in transit. Customer service is terrible, I got a return email stating “Your parcel would have been received by the retailer by now.” I have contacted retailer who advised nothing has been received yet. When I questioned drop2shop CS as to how come the tracking states otherwise, the CS representative has asked me for the tracking numbers even though I have provided trackings in my initial query to them, it shows how bad the company is! I normally use AnPost which only takes 3-4days to deliver but just thought I will give drop2shop and Coll-8 a go - never again!

2 weeks and parcel still not returned, should have just used an post, would have been cheaper and much quicker , will never use them again

Some of parcel arrived at destinations but recently from beginning of June24 I send 2 parcels with drop2shop Clondalkin Boots and Henry Street Dublin1 and looks like is lost no tracking update. 2 returned parcel not arrived/no update to the retail warehouse. When you contact them they told me to wait more time and nothing happen. The return time to the retail also Expiry and you lose the products and money. Drop2shop not serious company. You lose your parcels and money.

Droped parcel off on 9th may (now 20th may) & still says lable printed in shop. Messaged them twice & said it can take 10 working days. Still waiting for shop to receive parcel & refund.

First time to use. Takes forever. Never again. Usually use Parcel Connect and they are much quicker and efficient.

If I could give zero I would it’s the most shoddy service I’ve ever seen…I returned my items to a shop on 19th March they still have not left drop2 shop and I’m awaiting a substantial refund I’m appalled at how these people can be so flippant and not bothered when you message them..have been told this morning they’ll get onto it asap like sorry why wasn’t they done in the first place. Do not use this company.
I could be waiting another month at this stage.

Keep well clear of this company, absolute shambles of a company.droped stuff to shop 20 days ago and says stuff still in transit as retailer has still not received returns from them.for sake for few euro more use a more reputable company not these gangsters!😡

Downloaded the QR Code successfully. When I arrived with my package at the Drop 2 Shop, their scanner wasn't working, according to assistant it had been broken for a few days. Next nearest Drop shop was 10 km. I think I'll just pay to send it via the Post Office. Reading some of the reviews here certainly isn't filling me with confidence.

Take 5 to 6 weeks to return to the supplier. Then you have to wait another 10 days for a refund.

This is the biggest scam around.
They take their time shipping your item and then they send the wrong item.
They refuse to answer your emails and only send auto emails.
These reviews saying that they are 5 star are just a scam as well.

Another get delivery from Drop Shop. Best priced stock I've found on the net. Well packed and hassle free quick delivery. Love the extra freebie, will be using again. Thank you
