Our mission is to make the workplace more inclusive for all by providing individual users and partner organizations access to a wide eco-system of services, including job opportunities, training, mentoring, employer branding, and free community events. An invaluable catalyst for executive development and LGBTQ+ inclusion
My experience with myGwork, and specifically their WorkPride event, has been absolutely transformative. Thanks to the network and the excellent networking space they provided, I was able to secure a director-level position at a multinational company.
Beyond the direct impact on my career, the event provided me with practical tools and key insights to stay completely updated on LGBTQ+ diversity and inclusion topics within the corporate environment. Today, very few organizations genuinely care about creating authentic spaces and real growth opportunities for our community.

Attended WorkPride 2026
Attended WorkPride 2026 - Ageing Employees and Belonging Webinar. Presenters were both inspiring and entertaining. The session covered numbers topics and covered intergenerational bias and challenges. My take away was I&D, Inclusion should come first, without you can't be a diverse workforce.

myGwork needs to screen for companies lying about DEI
Isn't quite unfortunate myGwork chooses to repost jobs from companies it claims are seeking diverse candidates when those companies have proven through actions both public (withholding annual Pride festival funding) and private (discriminating against gay candidates, and outright blackballing them). It's also quite disgraceful for a UK-based company operating in Canada to use English-simplified spelling.
