The flea treatment is worthless. Rather get flea treatment from your vet.

Just had the free month, it was advertised as free on the TV, but was faced with a £1.99 delivery fee, which I thought was a bit steep, but anyway I paid it, took 2 weeks to arrive, used it, seems to work, I’m a week in, downloaded the app, they have been a bit presumptuous that I will continue, as the have already lined up the next 3 months on the app.

Paying off my credit card so if there is a problem with delivery, the credit card can reimburse me....

I am little worried after reading the negative reviews on here now, but I will try it for 3 months and see how it goes. Will update this in feb.....

Terrible company I've order 3 itch flea treatment for my dogs and only 2 as arrived I've been chasing it up.for a week u will update once they sort it out

Hope my itchy dog has not stopped trading always found them to be very good .
There website seems to be down at the moment fingers crossed they will be back soon their products are excellent.

I have used your company for a few years, excellent service and delivery, but please have you Stopped trading as I cannot seem to be able to order from you and even Amazon say they cannot get your goods, if you have stopped trading may I wish you all the best and thank you for making my little dog happy with your wonderful treats xx

Do not buy from this company. Placed a order on the 25th July 2019,Today is the 20th of August and I still haven't received my order, After contacting "My Itchy Dog" by email as they never answer the phone!! They told me the order had been lost by the courier and I had to wait 15 working days before they would send a replacement, 5 days ago they apparently sent the replacement, And guess what I still haven't received it,Tried to call them but seems there phone has now been disconnected, Avoid this company!!!!
My reply to yours...... I have emailed you several times about the parcel, as you very well know! Don't play this down my itchy dog, it takes at least 24 hours to get a reply and your phone number no longer rings! Whys that? 01903256373. I give an honest review and suddenly you can reply! I don't really leave reviews but I thought it was very unfair to let others be ripped off too. When I spoke to Royal Mail they said Mail is classed as officially lost after 10 working days. I've just tried to track my order and I've taken a photo and it says WE'RE EXPECTING IT, so no it's not on it's way!!! Unless you have given wrong tracking number?? I thought very carefully about leaving a bad review actually, It's not something I want to do to be honest but, you as a company have given me no option. Good to see your very professional reply not!
Update day 28 Order finally arrives and an email to say they have stopped trading. I can truly say my review was honest and my itchy dogs reply to mine was not.

I seen itch.com advertise on tv so i went online to have look to apply for my cat it states on tv get monthly flea treatment delivered FREE. When i went online and sorted my order. When i check my order they was going to charge me £1.99 for Delivery. Now surely thats false advertising.

I ordered from them before Christmas, I didn’t get my delivery but with Christmas it slipped my mind. I sent a note to check on it, I was told it was delivered and since it was past the 14 days they did not owe me anything. This email came from the owner, no apologies, just not our problem. In fact, it is their problem, the retailer is responsible to ensure a delivery gets to the customer, my order wasn’t even for a lot of money so just send me a replacement. They haven’t, so now they’ll have negative reviews from me to friends and family.

Good fast service. Using this product for my two dogs, one old and one young, as recommended by friends. Still time to see of it works compared to chemicals.

I've ordered many times from this company. I can't fault the service and would recommend it to anyone. The items I've bought over the years have all been good and my dog loves the selection of chews.

I have been using My Itchy Dog now for over a year - getting all my dogs, treats, skin treatments and supplements from them. What a great idea having all the latest 'Natural' pet products in one place. Some of the items have completely changed the way we do things e.g. for flea and worming treatments (Billy No Mates etc.) For a long time we had been concerned we were exposing our dogs to too many chemicals but weren't aware of any alternatives. Makes us feel so good that our dogs are worm and flea free, fit and healthy without the need of harsh chemicals. Most recently we have started using No Ake & Yumove for our puppy diagnosed with elbow and hip dysplasia! Trying to avoid anti-inflammatory drugs fro the vet, which gave him an upset stomach and lose stools. So far so good! Good prices and speedy delivery, can't recommend enough!

We like the fact that they give you details what is going on in the dog world. Our dog likes all the treats we have ordered.

Excellent customer service, very quick delivery, good value for money. However, strong smell of product is very off-putting to the pup and giving the daily preventative is an arduous task, despite the many attempts at 'tricking' him!

I have ordered several times from My Itchy Dog and have always been very pleased with the items received. My Cocker especially likes the lamb spaghetti and the dried lamb lungs. We have tried various other delicacies but these remain her favorites with no waste. Its reassuring to know what is in each of the treats compared to those cheaper varieties available out there - especially when watching a doggies weight! The website is easy to use and deliveries are prompt and well packaged. I have no hesitation in recommending My Itchy Dog to friends and fellow dog lovers.

I love this website. It has a variety of products that are suitable for dogs with sensitive skin and tummies. I have a dog with lots of different allergies and finding this website was a real gem!

Very disappointed with buying beef tails for my dog - had assumed thing sold would be safe (or carry appropriate warnings). Dog vomited up small bones from the beef tails, and very alarmed that 'hypoallergenic' chews are apparently indigestible and/or risk blockages etc. At £8.99 these are not cheap!
