I really like the tool - I wanted a bigger footprint than the ones I've seen in the local hardware stores. It's stainless steel. It has sharp edges rather than rounded which again I've seen in some other models. The only thing I'd like (I think) is a universal swivel joint? Maybe that's not right though. I haven't used one like so, I just thought maybe that would be good. In any case I really like it and am glad I bought it. The company notifed me every step of the way - order received, goods packed, despatched, reached here and there, etc. Very well organised, I think.

I recently bought a weed puller tool from Lawn Care. I had expected it to arrive from Auckland but was astounded to be able to track it via DHL as it was picked up from a manufacturer in Bangkok, flew to Hong Hong, got Customs clearance processed whilst en route to Auckland and then was dispatched to Palmerston North, whereby a DHL email linked me to a live Google Map showing the location of the courier van and advising that I was #4 on the route! The tool arrived in perfect condition, well packaged, right on cue and it is fantastic! Very well made from strong steel and durable components, factory painted and it works incredibly well. Place the prongs over the weed’s centre, push them down with the foot plate, twist the unit one turn, pull the weed up and out of the ground and release the prongs. Break away the soil and put back into the small hole; job done! I wish that I had bought this unit years ago. I saw some other cheaper units online but relied on Lawn Care marketing a long lasting, specialist product. The strong steel components in this weed puller should outlast me! Highly recommended, for both the product and the DHL delivery service. Top shelf.

The order was delivered very efficiently and packaged well. It is very strong and great design. The only issue i have is that the seat is very hard, a softer seat would of suited me better. Thank you.

Really easy to use. Spreads the soil well and sifts out clumps of grass and stones really well. Also spreads the soil evenly across uneven contours. Highly recommended.

50mm garden edging. Easy to purchase online. Product is perfect for the job we had. Easy to install and looks great.

I thought we were buying from a NZ company but it appears this company is based in Thailand. I sent an email asking when my order was going to be dispatched and received a reply that it had been and to expect delivery between 17 and 24 May. I replied asking for a tracking number as per their website which states that a tracking number is sent when orders are dispatched but my request has been ignored despite repeated emails to the company. I have no proof that my order has been dispatched and I am concerned that this is a scam.

My purchase of an edging spade is extremely disappointing. The handle is not attached to the spade and without a drill I am unable to use it. I have requested a return label and refund but the supplier has no acknowledgment of Nz consumer protection or fair trading laws. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is not a New Zealand supplier. It is a middle man company that supplies from Thailand. The expected 5-7 days from order to delivery is not because of high demand, but because the product is being shipped from Thailand. The office address is a shared space in Mt Eden, which could be OK, but once you submit the order you find the product is actually coming from a company called BUY FACTORY DIRECT, according to the courier information. I hope that the quality of the product is ok. I've spent quite a lot of money...update - the edging arrived within 5 days, is very good quality and easy to install. I’m very happy with it

Seemed like a NZ based website but then the tracking details arrived and was coming from Thailand. Garden gloves are good. Spikes are good but did not come wilth all the straps as pictured. Weed remover was $50 and is crap, and My wife just found the same product on another website for $15
