Unfortunately, we have been unable to verify that you have used our service, as we cannot locate any quote request or customer details matching the name used for this review.

We have also requested further information through Trustpilot so that we can identify your quote request, investigate what happened and understand the reason for your complaint. At the time of writing, we have not received sufficient information to enable us to do this.

We would also like to clarify that MyMoneyComparison is an insurance comparison service and not an insurance broker. We do not provide or arrange broker callbacks ourselves. Where a customer submits a quote request through our service, their details may be passed to an appropriate insurance broker who has agreed to contact them. Any promised callback would therefore be the responsibility of the broker concerned.

If you did use our service and were told that a broker would call you back but they failed to do so, we would be more than happy to investigate this for you. We can identify which broker received your quote request and look into the circumstances surrounding why you were not contacted.

If you would like us to investigate further, please forward your original quote confirmation, together with any supporting information, to [cs@mymoneycomparison.com](mailto:cs@mymoneycomparison.com). This will allow our Customer Support Team to locate your quote request and investigate the matter properly.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We'd like to respond clearly, as we believe the concerns raised are directed at the wrong party.

To be completely transparent, MyMoneyComparison has no affiliation, partnership, or commercial relationship with Rewards4Racing. We are an independent insurance comparison service whose sole purpose is to help customers find competitive insurance cover from a panel of providers. We do not sell policies directly, and we do not operate, administer, or participate in any reward, cashback, points, or voucher scheme, either on our own or through third parties.
From what you've described, it appears you visited a separate website that was advertising Rewards4Racing points and clicked a link from that site through to ours. That link was placed without our knowledge or authorisation. Any expectation of a reward in that situation would be a matter between you and the website that advertised it, as the arrangement was made entirely outside of our business.

Since becoming aware of this, we have contacted the website in question and formally requested the removal of all unauthorised links directing traffic to our platform, in order to prevent any further confusion for customers like yourself.
If you believe points should have been issued, this would need to be raised directly with Rewards4Racing, who independently manage and administer their own scheme. You can contact them via their support portal here:

We do feel this review is unfair.

We have also asked if you have the proof. This website would provide a reward if travel insurance were purchased. Please send this over to cs@mymoneycomparison.com, and our team will follow this up with the third party's website to see what could be done. No evidence or information has been received to date.

MyMoneyComparison proudly serves tens of thousands of customers, helping them secure more affordable insurance cover every year. To be publicly criticised for the actions of an unrelated third-party website, and for a reward scheme we have no involvement in whatsoever, does not reflect the service we provide or the standards we hold ourselves to.
That said, we genuinely understand the frustration of feeling let down when an expected reward doesn't materialise, and we'd encourage you to take this up with the parties actually responsible. If it would help, we're happy to point you in the right direction.

Hi Chris, we are disappointed that you had a negitive review, however all the way though the process from you landing on the landing page and completing one of the forms, you will note we do not provide an online quote but provide a service where we have a board or brokers who will follow up on your request for a quote when you completed and also tick the T&C's box at the bottom of the form to confirm you understand before the form can be submitted, this would explain the whole process and how it works, The information where you claim 6000 brokers is factually incorrect, only up to 3 brokers will contact you to provide a quote for your insurance quote which you had requested, please also not an insurance product which isn't available to be quote online would require a conversation with a broker to obtain quote due to the complexity of a policy, this would be completed by speaking to a broker, the note of a call every 3 minutes would also be incorrect, but the each broker will attempt call you to enable them to provide a quote as requested by yourself if unable to do so the first time, you can answer the call and explain to them that you are not interested or happy with the first broker, this would have stopped any further attempts, I would request that you read the T&C's at the bottom of any form in the future if you are unhappy with requesting quotes from an insurance broker(s).
Please provide us with any information about your details so we can investigate this matter further if this is a true review and not one attempting to discredit the process; however, we have enabled over 50000+ customers over a range of products to find better insurance and who are happy with our service.

We have a strict partner policy code of conduct and will investigate the call to understand the nature of the call from our partners. We would very much appreciate your feedback and understand receiving,  a fake, never mind a spam call is unpleasant as we don't promote this type of activity.

Please also note that you had agreed to a call back from up to 3 brokers to get a quote for your Motorhome insurance, we would not call any customer unless our form is filled out and complete, we aim to provide customers with a portal to receive competitive quotes from some of the top brokers in the UK.

We believe this review is a false representation of this review as fake and spam calls were made, however as stated above the customer had completed the online form and ticked the term & condition as read, which clearly states that up to 3 brokers may call you to provide a competitive and difference in products and services,

Our team also contacted the customer directly to gather more information to allow our compliance team to investigate this further but to date, we haven't had any response back and how come to the conclusion after speaking with the brokers concerned that this quote request was a fake quote to see how the system worked or more than likely a competition testing our system and services.

We welcome genuine feedback and are even more than willing to work with the customer to resolve any issues which may arise, but you can't state the above review without informing viewers that you had requested a quote in the first place and not allow us to investigate for you.
