Need to usr more relyable delivery company
I ordered items i needed for work and the delivery driver didnt leave parcel with neighbour on 2 occasions which was very inconvenient as i had to buy from brewers in the end and cancel order which was 3 days ago and still havnt recieved refund

Thanks for your feedback. As per communications via email. Refund was done at your request on a Friday. Refunds take up to 5 working days. DHL state no neighbour was available despite all our efforts. Sorry the parcel was not delivered
