Parcel Never Collected

I understand parcel services are stretched at the moment, but after booking a collection of a parcel from my home on Tuesday, I was told it will be collected between 7am and 8pm on Wednesday. The parcel was never collected. I then contacted MyParcelDelivery on Thursday they apologised and rescheduled to Friday, so again it could be collected between 7am and 8pm. Again nobody turned up, leaving me with 4 fewer days to get my parcel posted. I will now be going to the Post Office for my parcel, good luck if anyone is self-isolating and wants to get a parcel posted! I will never use My Parcel Delivery again.

Myparceldelivery.com horrible experience...

Myparceldelivery Horrible experience and same for Hermes curier service.
Horrible experience with myparceldelivery company. They work with different curier services and Hermes is among them. First, after I booked and I had an issue with the parcel collection I noticed they don’t have any phone number working and available. After collection has been done, the parcel went missing and I contacted them ( myparceldelivery) to open an investigation. Few days after, I found on my own the parcel has been lost ( or stolen by a Hermes guy most likely) and I contacted Myparceldelivery again and I noticed they did not even opened a proper investigation with Hermes as they told me on the previous conversation. MPD01445973-1. As I mentioned up , I found out on my own the parcel was lost , calling few numbers until I found Hermes area depo number and they gave me the bad news of lost parcel. I had goods for more than 200£ in the parcel and I really doubt I will ever see any money back or any compensation. On top , a big inconvenient is that inside this parcel were Christmas gifts for my family . For sure myparceldelivery.com have a very poor customer service and this shows how much they care about customers. Just some guys answering on the chat Very Slowly and you never know if they will really help you or just moking you. I am strongly recommend you to Not use this company! In the case of an issue looks like you are on your own ...
For sure I will bad review this on my blog and youtube channel!

Absolute joke of a company Ups Didn't help

Taken double money from me compared to others.

ONLY USE COURIERS THAT BRING A LABEL BECAUSE THE DOWNLOAD PRINT LABEL LINK WON'T WORK & I DON'T THINK MOST COURIERS CAN READ A NORMAL ADDRESS !

Didn't collect the parcels three times

Last Friday I booked a collection of seven parcels by Hermes for Monday. It was scheduled for 8 am to 8 pm. They didn't come so I contacted them on Tuesday morning. I couldn't rebook for that day because "Hermes don't do same-day collections." I pointed out that it wasn't the same day as I had booked it on Friday but they weren't listening. I was told I could reschedule or take it to a collection point. As I am shielding I chose to rebook for Wednesday. They didn't come. This time I contacted them that evening. I was offered a refund but it's getting too close to Christmas so I rebooked for Thursday. They didn't come. So I took the parcels to a collection point on Friday morning even though I'm supposed to be shielding. It's a good job I'm not going out or I would have waited in unnecessarily for three days. Their customer services is pretty useless - they just blame Hermes.

I am only giving one star as it's the…

I am only giving one star as it's the minimum you can give. I've booked a collection/delivery on line on Sunday, the money has gone out of my bank account and yet my parcel is still waiting to be picked up and it's now Tuesday afternoon. On top of that after an initial response to my emails, trying to understand what has gone wrong, even Customer Service are now ignoring me. Would not use again, but happy to update this review if the problem is rectified.

This has been rather a shambles

This has been rather a shambles. I'm not sure if it's My Parcel Delivery or Parcel Force. The parcels weren't picked up as they didn't have the promised labels. This was on a Friday. They said they would come back Monday had some of the wrong labels. They said they would pick up the rest on Wednesday but turned up on Tuesday but at least picked them up. Now one parcel seems to be missing, The tracking and My Parcel Delivery say that it wasn't picked up but I have a receipt. I keep getting emails from this company with all the wrong reference numbers, so I don't know where I am. I just hope they can find my parcel.

Choosing My Parcel Delivery was a great choice

Choosing My Parcel Delivery was a great choice for me. The website was easy to navigate for me to arrange the delivery of my parcel and the parcel itself was delivered safely and within the time specified. I will use My Parcel Delivery again.

Very impressed

Very impressed, had a parcel to send to USA, post office quoted £65. Came home and got a quote from my parcel delivery after hearing about it from Martin Lewis tv show. Parcel was £48, courier picked up the parcel within an hour of payment, and was delivered within 48 hours.
Brilliant service and would definitely use again!
