Purchased 2 Pinky winky trees. One of the trees is beautiful and doing great since received a month ago the other tree on the other hand has been in rough rough shape since receiving. Reached out to customer service for assistance and it's a back and forth waiting game......having to take photos and the wait 2 weeks and want more photos. Who has time for all that. Obviously your customer is not happy make it right. For a month now I've had to look at 1 beautiful tree and 1 that looks like absolute crap. Will it live again next year maybe who knows but in future just visit local nurseries and avoid online plant purchases.

I ordered two trees from Perfect Plants Nursery. The plants arrived in perfect shape. The customer service is terrific. They help me even before I ordered the plants. They answered all my questions and help a great deal. The plants took longer than expected to arrive but that was the fault of UPS. When they did arrive they were in perfect shape as I said before. We planted them today as per instructions from the people at Perfect Plants. I highly recommend them.

Both magnolia cultivars purchased were of exceptional quality. Positive interaction with customer service only added to the overall experience. Would highly recommend.

I bought blackberry plants in October 2025 and planted them in a special soil, fertilized and watered regularly. After nearly 7 months the plants never thrived, no matter how good their care with watering and fertilization these plants are not thriving.

if I could have given a lower score I would have. Product is terrible, and customer service is even worse

I ordered from several nurseries and their plants were the healthiest and well worth the price. Their guidelines for planting left something to be desired but all in all it was a very positive experience.

Ordered three plants. Two came dead on arrival and they refused to replace or refund for WEEKS. Once I ordered replacements after they refused to refund me, only ONE came, also dead.

I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from here ever.

The Star Jasmine & Weeping Willows I ordered for my mom in May are thriving! The jasmine came with a few flowers which almost immediately dropped due to the FL heat but the vines have grown 2.5 feet already on my fenceline. And the weeping willow has put on 4 feet of growth in just 4 months. WOW!

These folks are awesome! Ordering was easy. We got a couple of peach trees over a year ago and they are doing really well. We had our first harvest this year and they are super sweet. Thank you to everyone involved in the process.

Very easy to deal with, great customer service! Shipping was quick, plants arrived in good condition. Had a little shock from shipping "to be expected" but bounced back really quickly and are thriving. Will definitely use them for all future purchases.

Once again, I am thrilled with Perfect Plants! I recently purchased their Organic Garden Coir for my microgreens. My order was processed quickly, shipped and delivered on time. The Coir itself was a healthy dark brown and it was both soft and airy=PERFECT! and ready to receive my microgreen seeds. Perfect Plants will continue to be my #1 shop for growing healthy plants.

Great customer service from Kendall she answered my questions an guided me correctly on which section trees to look for an an the type that fit my needs to purchase.

The customer service from Kendall was amazing from start to finish. Ended up purchasing 3 more fruit trees after I received my peach tree. It was healthy a little dry from where it was shipped from but nothing I couldn't fix on my own. Will definitely keep ordering my fruit trees from them.
