Good afternoon,
I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the service you received, your order was placed on hold to ensure you had a medication to take alongside what you had ordered, I can see you replied the following day and the note was added to your order. It is our mistake that this was not taken off hold and processed when you replied, as soon as you rang to ascertain where your order was this error was rectified and your order was processed and dispatched immediately with our sincere apologies. I can only apologise once again and assure you that this was is a uncommon error, we pride ourselves on giving the best customer service we can
