Don’t bother with this company, honestly, save your money. I wish I read the reviews before falling for a facebook ad. I ordered a photo infinity cube for Father’s Day and the quality is so poor that I feel bad giving it. The photo’s are just on thin paper, when you move the cubes around, it leaves an awful white folding line and one of the sides of the cubes just popped open. Cheap plastic, thin paper, just awful. Stay away is my advice.

Arrived within the time stated (although this was a long delivery time and no updates provided). Ordered a photo cube but it's very poor quality - photos are grainy, look stuck on, and generally looks quite unprofessional. Does not look like what was advertised. Not worth the money.

Came just when I needed it looks great and think my husband will love his Father’s Day gift.

Was supposed to be an action figure all i got was a very faded keyring that looked nothing like the picture I sent £25 of total crap do not be fooled by the adds don't do it

Beautiful cube for my husband’s birthday. He will keep it in his office which bring out the colour and fun on his desk. Great delivery and customer service. Thank you!

Ordered “3D Effect Action Figure Pack Packaging Toy Box Style Art Gift Personalized Acrylic Keychain Gift for Dad Father's Day Gift”. No preview shown when ordered. Arrived within delivery time but product is awful. Really cheap quality and dull colours. No definition to the picture. Total waste of money. This was meant to be a gift but unfortunately it will be going in the bin.

The process from beginning to end was brilliant, with fantastic and friendly customer support.

China based company. Unable to complete order in time advertised when ordered. Very disappointing and misleading.

Would give 0 if I could, ordered my item, paid £28 something else came through, no reply to my emails. Total scam, do nit order from them

After one month of ordering 2 personalised mugs and not receiving any notification of them being out of stock I decided to wait for them to restock and send them out (after I contacted them why it’s taken so long). They then said that they prioritised my order. When I eventually received it they sent the same mug twice instead of two different personalised mugs and even the quality was horrible!!! Looks nothing like the picture and is so blurry you can barely read the personalised names. Absolute waste of time and money!!!

The moon light was really lovely it’s the second one I’ve brought for my daughter as long has you have a good quality photo it stands out beautifully

I liked that I could see the position of the photo I wanted imprinted actually on a lamp so I knew it would look right and the person I bought it for is delighted.
I ordered for someone else on a different sight that didn’t show the pic on a lamp and it was only when it arrived that I discovered the pic needed more cropping as the peoples heads are too high. The lamp will need to be tilted to see them face on.
I’d recommend this site.

Ordered a photo key ring with 6 photos in a red leather case. Initially it was good but 5 months later the photos bubbled and fell to pieces. When I tried to give feedback and sending a screenshot of my order they said " we can't find it in our system" they instead gave me 10% off but why would I buy it again it ended up being rubbish.

i SHOULD HAVE NEVER ORDERED FROM A CHINESE STORE, IT TAKES FOREVER FOR THEM TO TO MAIL IT, THEN IT TAKES WEEKS IN CUSTOMS TO CLEAR.

Should of been delivered 7-10 days , nearly 10 weeks later arrived

My husband ordered something for me…it took 1 month to arrive & the picture wasn’t even us….it was 2 totally different people 😡

Our picture was supposed to be turned into a cartoon. The examples on the website are quite impressive. What we got was nothing like the examples. - Don't bother - you won't be happy!

I was charged almost £40 Inc delivery and what I recived was total rubbish that went straight into the bin.
Both heads chopped off, picture does not fit the heart frame.
The picture I sent looks like it's been photo copied and stuck on a piece of cheep plywood.
Packageing was wet and ripped.
Do not trust this company with any gift for a loved one.
Can't contact the company as the website doesn't allow you to contact them.
Stay away from this company if you value your money, as they obviously don't.
Complete crap

My package was delivered to the wrong address. I purchased shipping insurance on the package but when I reached out to customer service I was told I needed to submit a claim with the shipping company. I was given no contact information for the shipping company and when I attempt to contact them using the tracking website, the phone number does not work. I have hit a dead-end and have received no additional support.

Product was received damaged. It was shipped with scratches on it and faded, not product control by this company clearly. It was packaged well, triple bubble wrapped and arrived in 2 weeks, need to do better at the production phase
