Do not use this Company......scammers

I ordered a product before Christmas 2024 that was a present. It did not arrive. I made numerous enquiries via email and received nothing but generic replies. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I was advised that the refund would be made within 7 to 10 business days (3rd March 2025) This did not happen. I contacted my bank and they provided a refund in June ($490)
This company is scam. Do not buy from them!

I ordered a cat tower months ago and never received it. After endless excuses and delays, they refused to process a refund. Their customer service is a joke — they stall, lie, and ignore complaints. Many others have had the same experience. This company is a scam — avoid them completely!

Scammers

If I could, I would give 0 stars. This is a fake account a scammer. Please avoid buying anything from here.
I received a fake tracking number, and the address listed on Google Maps is also fake. If you have already placed an order, I strongly recommend going to your bank to report the scam they can help you and may issue a refund.
Stay safe and avoid this seller.

Have to ask bank to dispute the money. Waste near 2 months to solve this issues.

Another victim of myrainbowpets.com.au! Product not received, no reply to email or message sent via website. So upset that they think it's okay to treat people like this, It is the worst online experience I have had. I have dealt with many pet food / pet supply companies over many years. This lot is by far the worst!

Over a month to deliver, fake tracking numbers and lies

I ordered for the first time in Sept 24 and had a good experience. Then I reordered in Nov 24 an have had the worst experience with any company I have ever dealt with. I have only just received my order, 2 bags of dog food, over a month after ordering. They gave fake tracking numbers, blame couriers and tracking sites, and outright lie. Communication is with someone in China. I would have cancelled my order, except after seeing other reviews that say they refuse to refund, I decided not to as I can't afford to lose $.
I will never order again from this company.

Avoid

I regret not seeing these reviews before placing my order because I experienced exactly what many customers have. Purchased in November 18th, after 2 weeks no update. Contacted customer service and Molly Moore responds with a tracking number that doesn’t work. Requested refund after seeing no movement, and Molly claims she submitted a request to refund department. They have ghosted me ever since.

Scammers

Scammers. Purchased a number of items a few months ago. They say they can not send a number of my items to my address but refuse to refund (despite the policy on their website stating that non-dispatched orders can be cancelled and refunded). They won't reply to emails.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service everScam. Ordered some dog a month and a half ago. Order hasn't been shipped, I email them after a couple of weeks and told me they had some problems with the warehouse. I waited another week and still did not ship my item. Ask them for a refund and they stopped answering back. I now opened a case on PayPal and hopefully I'll get a refund

I had to chase up my order b'cos it was overdue to be delivered. Purchase was made on 9 September and still hadn't arrived on 19 September. Molly Moore in customer service responded promptly and was very polite assuring me that a courier was picking up my package and tracking would be provided. It took another week to arrive on 27 September, so all up 3 weeks from the date of ordering, it's simply not good enough so I will not be placing anymore orders on this website since they do not make deliveries in a timely manner, and I had to purchase other treats from another source due to running out. I do NOT recommend!

Ordered dog flea spot treatment

Ordered dog flea spot treatment. Was due for pick up within 2-4 days from parcel locker. Two weeks later and tracking doesnt exist, hasnt left warehouse. I email and they claim they cant deliver due to not having my phone number even though its on the order. I emailed again asking for delivery date, again no date so I cancelled my order via email and put a disputed transaction in with my bank. I then get an email they would like me to make an appointment time so they can deliver to their lockers. Another stalling tactic. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Edited...I have since reported them for cyber fraud at https:/ /www. cyber. gov.au /report-and-recover/report (wont let me post link so added spaces) and provided the fraud report number to my bank and also emailed My rainbow pets with a copy of the confirmation of my reporting them. They have now refunded my money. Cyber fraud confirmed they are an overseas company and encourage people to report.

EDIT: Rainbow pets are now challenging the charge back and refund was reversed. now dealing with my bank again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Report this company

I finally reported this company to consumer affairs but the company didn’t respond and Consumer Affairs has no power to force them to. They said if they get enough complaints they will escalate the issue. If you have had a similar experience to me, please report this company to the relevant body in your state so we can get something done about them.
Do not use this company. I would rate minus 5 if I could. I cancelled an order which was permitted in their terms and conditions, but they will not refund my $120. I have asked them multiple times, but they will not do so. I know I have been scammed and will not see my money.

Legit but no customer support at all

I bought cat food from this store, 1 week later, still no update, no news, no tracking number. My order status is Unfulfilled, Web Chat, contact us form, email, all no response. Like they don't have any staff or choose to ignore the customer. Asking Paypal for refund, but a week later, the item arrived.

So they really delivered the item, but customer support is almost not exist, and silent.

So I cancelled my refund.

So it is legit business, but no customer support or contact at all.

SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

Scammers. Regret not looking up reviews. Took nearly 4 weeks for them to process the order, only after lodging a complaint with PayPal and mysteriously a tracking link appeared.

But of course this company lives up to their reputation and only filled half the order.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Everybody who has written a review is telling the truth and do not make the same mistake.

UPDATE 15 AUG 24: Customer Service promised me on 1st August that they would send me a shipping label the following day for the missing item in my order.

No surprises here. You guessed it. Yep still have not received the outstanding order. Avoid like the plague. For your own sanity stay away.

STAY CLEAR! It’s been a month now, “Molly” keeps telling me to rest assured and that she will find out and give a courier number that shows it’s not shipped. Bought nearly 100$ worth and won’t give a refund or anything. Keep making excuses. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
