My Safe Docs is the UK’s evidence platform for protecting homes, trades, students and rural businesses. We help users create structured, police‑ready and insurer‑ready evidence packs for the things that matter — from household possessions and personal documents to tools, vehicles, machinery, electronics and specialist agricultural assets. Our platform uses purpose‑built Safes — record areas designed around specific asset types such as tools, vehicles, documents, items, mobile phones, machinery, trailers and GPS equipment. Each Safe provides the fields that matter for that asset, including photographs, serial numbers, receipts, identifying marks and supporting files. We offer four membership options: Home Membership – For household possessions, valuables, vehicles, pets, travel items, documents and personal records. Each item can include photos, serial numbers, identifying marks, DNA marking details, a condition report and an assigned Location such as a room, garage or vehicle. Trade Membership – For tradespeople and contractors who need detailed evidence of tools, equipment, work vehicles, CPD records and job‑related assets. Supports serial numbers, IMEI, VIN, DNA marking, condition reports and assigning each item to a specific Location such as a van, workshop or site store. Agricultural Membership – For farms and rural businesses needing evidence packs for tractors, trailers, machinery, GPS equipment, firearms, tools, vehicles and other high‑value rural assets. Includes CESAR, CRiS, VIN, DNA marking and the ability to assign items to farm buildings, barns, machinery sheds or vehicles. Student Membership – For students who want secure, organised records of personal items, devices, documents, travel information and valuables. DNA Marking My Safe Docs records forensic or DNA property marking information alongside the exact asset it identifies — including marking status, provider, reference code, identifying marks and photographs. This keeps the marking information connected to the possession it belongs to, making it far more useful if the item is ever stolen or linked to a Recovery Case. Recovery Cases If something happens, users can create a structured Recovery Case containing incident details, police references, insurance information, stolen items, photographs, CCTV images, video and supporting files. Stolen assets already contain their serial numbers, photographs, identifying marks and DNA references, making the case ready for police or insurers. Condition Reports Users can create locked Before & After condition reports for rentals, accommodation, vehicles, tools, equipment, storage and valuables. Each report supports multiple photographs and timestamps, helping resolve disputes and proving condition when needed. Our goal is simple: give every user a clear, organised evidence pack that helps with recovery, reporting and insurance validation when the worst happens.Ver mais
