Fake product made and shipped from China.

Placed order 10/7/2021. Mystsmile.com took my money immediately. Did not received my product so waited longer. Looked at the product reviews online. Called and cancelled order through a voice message and waited longer. No one return message or email. Thought maybe they got the message.
Just received the product 09/22/2022, almost ONE year later. Still not able to get through to them to send the product back for the refund, via phone or email. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Not worth money or time.

I bought 3 Myst smiles thinking they would be a nice gift for my 2 daughters. I used the device for a few weeks and I found it to be cumbersome, it had to be cleaned after each use and it didn't give me the results that the website portrayed. My fault, for not reaching out to them sooner, but they would not allow me to send the 2 unopened units for a refund because they only honor 30 day returns. They didn't answer their phone and they didn't reply to my original email. VERY disappointing!

Very disappointing! Doesn't reach your gum line, toothpaste just sits where you put it so you would need to use a ridiculous amount to cover the whole thing. So I decided to return it only to find out you can't if it's opened and used. I would love to know how your supposed to try a product without opening it.

Scam-and I think the positive reviews are fake.
The mouth piece does not reach the back teeth, nor does it reach the gum line.
This did not even result in a basic clean, let alone deep. I could feel and see that my teeth weren’t clean.I still had to brush manually.
I tried it with my regular tooth paste and the tray is difficult to rinse/clean.
Do not waste your money.

That product does not work at all. Don't waste your time and your money. I have sent several emails and I have called several times and I have got zero answers. I will report it.

The product doesn't work... this must be a scam. I tried to contact the company so I could return what I purchased and no one answers and no one returns calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. MY FIRST CLUE SHOULD HAVE BEEN THAT THEY HAVE NO GUARANTEE UP FRONT OR RETURN POLICY ON THEIR ADVERTISING. I FELL FOR IT.

I have been trying to get an address so I can return it. Won’t answer the phone.

I ordered a MTST Smile Ultra Sonic Toothbrush with a 60 day return guarantee. They shipped me 3 toothbrushes and charged me $198.00. After I opened one of the sealed boxes I learned that the 60 day return guarantee only applied to "Un-opened" boxes. How is one to evaluate a tooth brush without removing the packaging and trying it? I also found many sellers offering the same toothbrush for as low as $6.95, $19.95 , $29.95 and many more for a little more and a little less. I emailed them asking for a return merchandise authorization and they have not answered me. If they are not a scam, what are they?
