Wenig Umfragen die passen, Vergütung auch eher mässig, gibt weitaus bessere auf dem markt.

Letztes Jahr hatte MySurvey ohne Ankündigung schon mal "Pause". Jetzt bekomme ich zwar Umfragen, doch bei Anklicken kommt immer der gleiche Satz " sorry,but the survey is now closed". Das Help-Center kann man auch nicht mehr anschreiben, diese Funktion ist deaktiviert. Ärgerlich für mich, es wären nur noch 5 Punkte bis zur Prämieneinlösung gewesen.Wirklich seltsam, Umfragen senden die deaktiviert sind. Man kommt sich veräppelt vor.

I just started with them thru one of my other survey sites, it was actually a survey to join them, cashed out 5 bucks via paypal, got 305 in points and they closed my account, this is why every survey site I do, I cash out immediately when I get to the min payout amount, because you never know when they are going to freeze your account, its so silly, but they make tons of cash doing this off everyone I suppose, I will stick to the ones I have always been doing for years and never have a problem with, this site can kiss my a**!

Meiner Meinung nach ist es das schlechteste Portal, das es gibt. Es werden sehr viele unseriöse Fragen gestellt; Support ist mehr als schlecht; hat man eine gewisse Punktzahl erreicht, wird das Konto deaktiviert und man hat keine Möglichkeit, seine Punkte einzulösen. Das ist schlichtweg Betrug seitens mysurvey und keineswegs konform mit der aktuellen Rechtslage. Die Staatsanwaltschaft ist ebenso informiert.

I have been a member for a year and a half, I have never had any issues. In fact I have made about £150 so far. Surveys have been constant and at times I have made almost 400 points for 1 survey on multiple occasions.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews, but maybe I'm one of the luck ones.

utterly incompetent and borderline fraudsters, AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! they have a crap set up, terrible survey system, and when you do earn points they don't award them and good luck getting those points because their customer service consits of a monkey trying to teach an amoeba how to type the alphabet. My advice is simple do not use them under no circumstances and spread the word because they are a business that do not deserve to exist.

The fact that currently 78% of reviews on here are similar in experience to mine should be warning enough.

Sehr schlechtes Panel ohne Support! Konto wird einfach deaktiviert ohne Grund bevor man jemals eine Umfrage gesehen hat!

Panel pessimo il peggiore mai provato. Si completa un sondaggio e, dopo averlo completato, una volta su due appare una pagina di errore... e niente punti ovviamente. Statene alla larga. io gli sto facendo un bello scherzetto di natale.

I was with mysurvey for about four years but had issues with them over the last few months.....technical issues that never got fixed. After trying with them to get it resolved I figured I better redeem my rewards before things get worse. I got so frustrated with them that I closed the account. A few days later I opened a new account hoping it would be better and a few days later my account was inactive. It took a week for me to get an answer. They accused me of fraud and banned me from the site. I told them I only did about 300 points worth of surveys, certainly not enough to warrant fraud. They sent me two emails asking me to rate their support. Pretty negative. Their site has really declined.

Ich bin schon länger bei mysurvey. Die Anmeldung ist einfach und unkompliziert. Danach kann man direkt starten. Ich erhalte regelmäßig über meine EMail Adresse Einladungen zu Umfragen. Meine Punkte löse ich über PayPal ein, was reibungslos klappt. Das Helpcenter musste ich noch nicht kontaktieren. Mysurvey gibt die persönlichen Daten nicht weiter. Die Umfragen sind unterschiedlich und interessant. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Pure arnaque ! Les enquêtes les moins dotées en points donnent lieu à récompense. Par contre,les enquêtes les mieux dotées en pointsse termineront systématiquement par une erreur technique ! Ils exploiteront donc les résultats sans donner aucune récompense !

A fuire, plus de 3 heures à remplir un sondage devant rapporté 1500pts et à la fin erreur technique !

I have been trying to login to my survey it does not work it says my email is invalid I have sent emails about the problem they sent me a link it did not work since they updated the website its bee a nightmare.

Nach einigen Tagen der Umfragen, wurde mein Konto einfach deaktiviert. Angeblich hätte ich nicht alles korrekt angegeben, so ein Schwachsinn... Für mich ist das Betrug, denn so hatte ich Tagelang "arbeit" und hatte nichts davon, keine Überweisung, keinen Gutschein. Reine Abzocke...nee danke

I registered with MySurvey and did a few questionnaires. Suddenly I was ousted from the programme and it took several weeks to get a reply - that I was apparently 'dishonest'. I appealed, asking what I ad been dishonest about since I have been completely 100% honest about every piece of information I'd given about myself, and my answers. Their reply was to just say they'd found me dishonest, weren't going to tell me why, and the matter was closed.
Then they sent me a email asking ' Rate us How did you rate the support you got from us?'
SOO glad I'm not with this company and didn't waste any more time with them. I'm with a few other Survey programmers and thoroughly enjoying doing their surveys - honestly - as I've always been!

Inutile, in due settimane non sono riuscito a partecipare a nessun sondaggio. Pubblicità ingannevole che promette centinaia di euro a settimana. State alla larga

This website is shocking and a waste of time. The only reason it gets 1 star is because you can’t give minus. Wasted so much of my time filling out surveys only to be kicked out and told you suddenly don’t qualify. So never actually getting to complete a survey and earn anything for my time

Panel inaffidabile. Fanno solo perdere tempo. I sondaggi sono pochissimi, a parte all'inizio, in cui mi ero iscritto da poco, arrivavano regolarmente e quotidianamente, dopo di che il nulla. Ho accumulato per un paio di volte dei punti sufficienti a riscattare piccoli importi su Pay Pal che però mi hanno accreditato dopo 10 giorni, un'eternità. Se si contatta per email il loro servizio clienti per avere spiegazioni rispondono con frasi preconfezionate e facendo copia e incolla dalle faq. Posso esprimere solo giudizi negativi.
