I spent over $300 for a tarp to cover my boat, which in the ad says it’s waterproof when I found water in my boat and extremely amount of water. I began to look and found that there is areas around the seams that are completely open, which just allow water to come in even in a light rain I brought this to the attention of the Customer Service and I got a reply that these are not waterproof their water resistance and that you should add a sealant to the tarp and then they asked, did you do this. Nowhere in their product literature did they say you must apply a water resistant repellent in order to make it waterproof again this is made in China. I should’ve known better. I overpaid for something that was substate that I could’ve bought at Home Depot for less, but I thought I was buying a great product instead I bought a shitty product if I were, you don’t spend your money on this product it’s not worth the dime you spend.

Horrible experience from start to finish. Who ships 6ft long powder coated L track in a plastic bag thinking they will somehow arrive without damage? They were completely destroyed (bent, warped, scratched, hammered) by the inadequate shipping (should have been packaged in a cardboard tube) and this cost me $46.89 in shipping fees. SLOW shipping times, ridiculous credit card verification policies and clown barn execution. You would have to be nuts to order anything from these people. A stunning display of incompetence at every level.
