I ordered Pink Pepper Molton Brown soap, an essence I am very familiar with. What I was sent was in a Molton Brown bottle but was certainly not Pink Pepper. The colour and smell are all wrong. I was very disappointed.

Was a little confused as I ordered my goods from Rackhams, but one item came from My Wholesale Warehouse.
Anyway the goods arrived in good condition, well packed and quickly. Communication was very good. Happy with my purchase.

The warehouse, a customer service and let them know to take my phone.
