Excellent service and logs.
Excellent service, good communication, delivered within 24hours, logs put in exact location within garage. Alder logs burn well. Highly recommend MyWoodShop.

Amazing service level and delivery of wood directly into your garage. I rate their service very highly. They couldn’t be more helpful and polite. I came across a problem (for me/my situation),contacted them and they were super and quick in helping me come up with a new workable solution.

Great service
Our first pallet of logs was delivered within 12 hours, taking us by surprise the next morning while we were at church. Where it had been left was a problem for us. I called the boss and explained, and he arranged for the pallet to be moved two days later. Great service!

Sorry to hear about your experience with us, BUT on our homepage is a designated delivery area, we don't deliver to England. We are a local supplier in Scotland. We refunded the money and sent you an email with an explanation the same day when you ordered the product. We apologise for the inconvenience.
