So far everything is going very smoothly

Great experience top to bottom. They answer every question within a reasonable amount of time , actually I was pleasently surprised at how fast they get back to me . It's so refreshing having not just one representative whos a real person to corrospond with no matter how minor the detail or in my case I have short term memory loss stemming from being in a coma for 3 & 1/2 weeks in 2019 ,no matter how many times I ask the same question. You have a whole team catering to YOU , and they all seem like they really enjoy they're job , you. don't get that sense of fatigue . What I mean is, it's been my experience and my personal opinion only , that a lot of companies across the board no matter the type of business they seem to be over burdened with high case loads , total opposite with Nada , you have a whole team taking care of all your concerns and yo< barely have to lift a finger I mean it's truly a pleasant and also exiting now that I'm already a week away from the finish line I can't believe how fast it went if I had to use one word , Awesome.

Nada.co is the BEST!!! After what was a "NIGHTMARE" trying to refinance our house to obtain the equity so we could consolidate debt a Facebook ad popped up describing Nada.co (not by chance, Devine intervention)!

The guys at Nada who helped us (Cade, Chris and Sundance) stepped up to the plate and ended the nightmare with Nada's simple process called a Home Equity Agreement (HEA). Cade's initial conversation outlined how a HEA work and he then handed it off to Chris and Sundance, who followed through without a hitch.

Chris sent us documents to review and later sign in front of a Mobile Notary who came to our house, further simplifying the process. Once the paperwork was complete, Nada paid off a second mortgage and facilitated a wire transfer/direct deposit to our bank for the balance of the HEA.
