I’ve been using Nailsea physio for a while now, the booking system is very simple. The reception staff are very welcoming. Katie has been treating me and I can honestly say she fixes me every time, whether it’s dry needling, acupuncture or whatever wizardry she does! She is super friendly and professional and totally puts you at ease. I would absolutely 100% recommend her to anyone.

Booking was very easy via the website. Emma was very welcoming and professional. She explained things clearly. She also gave me very helpful exercises to do at home. There was no pressure to book further appointments. It really helped my hip and back problem.
