I have been purchasing orders online from Nalli silks . I live in Australia and been ordering online for the past two years and I have purchased 8 to 10 sarees so far in the past two years or may be more than 10 ( sorry lost count) . Nalli’s kancheepuram collections stand out and are reasonably priced and when I had issues with online payments Ms. Ashwini has been extremely helpful in releasing blocked orders . I would give 10 out of 10 for Ashwini’s care and authenticity in serving customers . I would always continue to shop with Nalli silks . Regards Mrs Denu Sriram

Recently I brought saree from Nalli through online for my mother in law. The whole experience was Amazing the saree quality was very good. I will keep buying from them.

Do not buy online especially from US. They send me us Saree with plain border instead of what was shown in the picture.

Very poor quality Kanchipuram sarees. This used to be the place to get sarees on line but I have had terrible experience recently with the quality of the sarees both on line and in store in USA . The Chicago store is selling polyester like quality sarees saying this is Kanchipuram pure silk. My poor daughter who grew up here and had no idea what Kanchipuram silk was bought saree that’s is such poor quality for a puja before her wedding. Please don’t buy from here if you don’t want to waste money !

This is a great experience in the store.. All the staff sounds very helpful. I could not find the name i wrote and kept...This was around 17:01 PM..bill receipt states..2nd Floor person who was at that time between 16:30 to 17:04 PM...IST....they did fantastic job for the silk related- they got the right things. I waned to personally thank them, but i could not find their names... I feel sad about that.. Otherwise it was a great expierence.

Nalli online is worst....lady whom I talked to was lethargic unprofessional female who was not interested in helping the customer or selling their own products...useless online nalli store...Ahmedabad nalli in store shopping was good.ONLINE NALLI SHOPPING IS PATHETIC

My experience was very bad at Nally Sadie. I bought one sari online. The Cullah was not matching. It was a different sari and the one they sent was different and they were not ready to return it and it was very expensive. Sorry I will not recommend nalli sarees

Bought it around Rs. 10,000. It received something you would pay for Rs. 1000.

I ordered this saree AH4794301 on 27 th of November and i paid it through the WhatsApp link which is sent by their customer care. I still did not get the product and when i approched for order status through call center or mail. Nobody responded and i am unable to reach their call center. Is it scam done by the customer care representative. I am one of loyal customer for nalli. Pls do needful else i need to take it up with the next step

Fooling people. Bought a Tusher silk saree from Nalli shop in Jaya Nagar Bangalore which costed 12970/-. Color faded in the first use only because of sweating and the customer care people saying that they don't give guarantee for color and color will go because of sweating. Not expected from a brand name.

Residing overseas I placed an order as a Deepavali gift to my mum in India. They never delivered the saree on Diwali even after tracking and requesting, they couldn’t complete a delivery within 4 business days and they have the attrocity to add now it’s weekend and can’t be delivered.

Very bad service and poor quality bought cotton saree for mother , mother said the saree not quality and the price paid is very high , dont waste your money

50% premium charged at Sydney store as compared to INR prices. Sales people are neither helpful nor friendly. Would definitely not go back.

The item has not yet delivered, though I gave the order almost three weeks before... I've paid ₹8,649 for one saree. This is the order number : #200175070

Still lagging after them for the item, which I've paid for...!! Continuously following up with customer care, writing emails, still no delivery of the item..
Be alert guys... I would say to everyone, for not having my experience...
BEWARE FROM ORDERING FROM NALLI..!!

I think they send defected and rejected items for international purchases as the return shipping is more and customers are stucked with it . Purchased Katan Banarasi saree with Zari . There are too much loose and missing zaris everywhere .

I ordered a saree from US for my 90 year old aunt in India. They sent the wrong saree to her. Not knowing what was ordered, she got the blouse made and wore it for her 91st birthday.

My saree arrived late in Brussels, Belgium a week late...the saree was damaged and when I reached out to customer care they said the :thread pull " is normal in handloom sarees!!..I have bought manybsarees before from nalli but "thread pull" was not normal then !! Maybe it is because of international shipping where it will cost you more to return they send the bad items ...I paid 10k for the saree (mysore chiffon) plus international shipping ...I was not expecting this😑

Sarees came within 5 days and looked like the pictures which was nice but the custom charges cost nearly the same as the items, which I was not warned about - they did state a warning on the site but a little guidance as to how much more the charges would be would have been helpful. Didn’t even get a chance to choose the shipping details - so the express international was the only option and I ended up paying 80% of the item on custom charges
