Labels look great, stick perfectly, arrived the next day, even when I made a mistake and Alex corrected it for me. Perfect 10!

First time using these guys and I’m really impressed. They are great quality and seem much more robust than previous iron on labels I’ve used in the past. Delivery was also very quick. I felt a review was definitely warranted. 100% recommend and nice to support an independent business.

Ordered 100(ish) name labels for next day delivery - they are exactly as described and perfect for what I needed.

Absolutely shocking experience with this company. The staff were rude and unhelpful on the phone, and the customer service was appalling. The so-called “fabric” sew-in labels feel more like paper. When I raised my concerns, I was told there was nothing wrong with them and that “kids would be fine” – a dismissive and unprofessional response. It took five days just to get someone to answer the phone. To make matters worse, the website has since been updated to state that the labels “may feel like paper but are not,” which was definitely not listed before my purchase. This was a dreadful experience from start to finish, and I will never be using this company again.

Simple experience. Ordered the 'Premium School Pack' online, and the labels for my son's school clothes arrived within a week. Thank you =)

We have used stick on address labels for years but this company has just produced the best design we have ever had. They are striking silver labels with black type and after we sent an existing label to them they greatly improved the design. They were helpful and followed up to check that we were pleased.
We highly recommend them.

Alec went completely out of his way to run a batch of labels for me which I urgently required for my elderly mother who had to be admitted into a care home at short notice.

I ordered name tags along with what I thought was a photo attached also. Once my tags arrived in swift time and looked amazing I was not happy that my photo was not on the name tags,
I left a message with the company and within a couple of minutes I had a very polite gentleman by the name of Alex advise me that they did not have a photo uploaded,(my mistake lol) and he asked me to send the photo to him and he would sort this out.
I am so impressed with the excellent customer service and quality of my labels and would definitely recommend this company!! 10/10

Ordered 1st class well over a week ago and still haven’t received items! I rang and was just told they have been dispatched as I’d have seen in my email but still haven’t received them

l would definitely recommend the labels ( sticky and iron ones) as a stamp ( stamp have last me forever)l have been using them for my child for 4 years no issues,sensible prices and good quality as well.

Whilst in the past I have been happy with their products and service, I feel they have deteriorated. They apparently now have new printing equipment and the quality of one set of name tags I received was fuzzy and disappointing for my 8 year old. The customer service representative I was in touch with was quite abrupt in her tone and asked me to send them back ( and cover the cost). For the amount I paid, they should have automatically sent out a satisfactory substitute. I asked to know the names of the people who own the company so I could escalate my complaint and was simply ignored. I certainly won’t be using again.
