My chicken was so tiny it looked like it had been on the skinny jabs!! Really disappointed- when I complained to staff after ordering more chicken they responded - if you had told me I would have refunded!! Not an offer of a refund- Clink street nando’s is not the one!!

Bundoora Square Nandos- charred ribs

Ordered 8 bbq ribs for takeaway from this Nando at Bundoora square, recently. Made a mistake of not checking what they made, the trust factor just went to a toss when I opened the box and found badly charred ribs. Crew needs training on bbq, lesson on customer trust. Photo attached, more blacker than it appears on the photo.

We come to Nandos at least once a…

We come to Nandos at least once a month. Tonight was rather quiet. We asked to sit on a bench in a corner. We were told it is reserved for the manager. We asked to speak to the manager. He came over acknowledged that he knows us coming here often. I asked for the table he then says that it is my table to work on my admin. Popositorous. Where does a manager command a table before a customer . I said let's go somewhere else . His response was okay.
Pathetic actually. Not service orientated at all.

Total shambles and ruined evening…

Total shambles and ruined evening thanks to Nando’s Plymouth Barbican Leisure Park. Ordered a half chicken meal and what turned up was just a leg. Tried to arrange rest of it and got some garbled excuse about it being Deliveroo’s fault. £46 down and most of the meal missing. Never again!

Nandos in Crayford great experience

My wife and I went to Nandos in Crayford, Kent today 23 January 2026. The food was prepared exactly as we asked, it was hot and the staff were great, except for Christian whose customer service was excellent, we hope he is recognised for this. Thank you also to the Manager Rafael who was very polite and accommodating. Thank you for a great experience.

I placed an order today from Nando’s via the app, which I have done many times before.

I have previously experienced an issue where an order was marked “delivered” without the delivery code being provided. On that occasion I was fortunate to find the food, although it was already cold. This made me particularly alert when the same issue occurred again today.

Today, my order was marked as delivered without the driver obtaining the delivery code. I immediately contacted Nando’s and was told the food had been left in a “safe space.” I checked all nearby entrances and delivery areas while other drivers were actively delivering food, but my order was nowhere to be found.

I then spent approximately fifteen (15) minutes on the phone with customer support and was given an extremely unsatisfactory response, being told that I am liable for £60 despite the order not being delivered.

The key facts are as follows:
• I placed the order at approximately 17:50, with a stated delivery window of 18:16–18:41.
• As the time approached, the app updated the delivery window to start at 18:26.
• Before that time, the app suddenly changed the order status to “delivered.”
• I immediately contacted customer support, as I could clearly see my delivery code and had not provided it.
• No delivery photo was attached, and therefore there is no proof of delivery.
• I was present and checking for the delivery before the stated delivery time, and the food was not there.
• I checked all relevant entrances and asked on site—nothing had been delivered.

During the call, I was told that my phone number did not match the number on the app due to an extra digit, and on this basis I was told I am liable for the £60. I do not accept this:
• I have recently received an OTP from Nando’s to my correct number.
• If the number was invalid, it should not have been accepted by the app in the first place.
• I was physically present and available before the delivery time regardless.

I was also told there was an issue with the delivery pin. This explanation is inconsistent. If there was an issue with the pin, why was no error shown, and how was the order supposedly delivered? It felt as though responsibility was being shifted to me rather than acknowledging a failed delivery.

Despite providing clear delivery instructions, the food was not delivered to me or left anywhere accessible.

I am a regular Nando’s customer, but this experience has left a very sour impression. I have since learned of others experiencing similar issues involving high-value orders and choosing not to order again.

I spent part of my working evening searching for food that was never delivered, disputing a charge for £60, and writing this complaint because I was not offered escalation or the option to formally log a complaint via customer support. My team and I were left having to arrange alternative dinner at additional cost.

Charging a customer for food that was not delivered, without a code, without a photo, and without any proof of delivery is unacceptable

My chicken did not cooked with any…

My chicken did not cooked with any sauce at all, I asked for extra hot both sides well done. One side was well done and the other side was not grill at all. My sweet potato wedges and chips are also undercooked. It was the worst I ever!!!!

Nandos's website not fit for purpose

Tried to book nando's in Bury Lancashire on line for xmas eve 25 for 4 at 6.00pm. The website said you cannot book on line so we just turned up. The restaurant was half empty and we were refused as we did not book. We explained that their website said you cannot book, to be told by very rude staff that it is xmas eve and that we should have rang. Frustrated isn't the word. I would have expected better from such a brand name. Obviously Nandos do not value or respect their customers. Get your website right nandos and teach your staff some manners.

Poor overrated tasteless chicken regular at Nando’s but it’s gone down hill now it’s overrated the food is tasteless it’s always one spice which is pointless having spice levels not worth the money

Shit nandos service

My Peri Perks went missing amd instead of handling the situation and returning my deleted points, Nandos chose to block my account while still expecting me to come to nandos to spend money with them specially after they stole my credits from me.
What bunch of rascals.

I am a regular 2 3 times a week but…

I am a regular 2 3 times a week but portion sizes are so bad now. Double wrap and 2 chips was tiny. I complained when they asked if everything was ok and they told me i was wrong there was no way that was a doubke and 2 chips my plates was empty i left my meal and walked out after that i didnt even start to eat it. Not sure how to add a photo to this review but i will never use nandos again after this experiance. I actually used to DJ for nandos to i did all the staff partys in the past local and regionals.

Myself and my friend went to Nando’s at…

Myself and my friend went to Nando’s at Gatwick south terminal. We were served by Donna. She was so friendly and gave us a little birthday fizz and a cake for our flight. Our pancakes were delicious and so was the coffee and we will certainly be going back instead of the usual place which serves rank coffee and no personal touches. Thank you Donna

Overall bad experience at Oldham.

Went to @NandosUK in Oldham Elk Mill.

Waited 30 minutes for food. When it arrived was barely warm, borderline cold and not what I had ordered!

No one had felt it necessary to ask before deciding to swap out the garlic bread for makeshift burger buns masquerading as garlic bread! Seriously??

Customer service was non existent, as both the staff and management weren't interested in my issues.

I asked for a refund and instead was offered a cr#ppy worthless voucher which didn't cover the cost my order and also didn't account for a green chillie reward I used!

Not the first time this has happened. Previously ended up with food poisoning but though I would give this place a chance at redemption, won't make that mistake again!

Will never be going back to this branch. Avoid at all costs.
