Commande passée le 7 mars pour un amortisseur de la même marque, 50€ et 25€ de port quand même.
Le transport est beaucoup moins cher chez AliExpress par exemple, sachant que ça vient du même endroit
Pris en charge le 23 mars par DPD qui renvoie sur un numéro de tracking CHRONOPOST.
Le marchand annonce une livraison entre 10 et 20 jours, c’est plus une fourchette mais un râteau comme dirait un certain humoriste.
Donc mon article est en transit depuis le 23 mars au fin fond de la Chine.
Première relance le 29 mars : ils ne retrouvent pas commande et demande de préciser.
Je précise et maintenant ils ne trouvent pas mon numéro de tracking qui est dispo depuis le 23 mars !!
Je ré-précise et là ils me répondent en s’excusant que l’article n’est pas dispo et qu’il va falloir attendre encore 25 jours.
Tous ses échanges se font en anglais par contre l’argent est universel, ils n’ont pas oublié de me débiter 75€.
Au final, je l’aurai peut-être un jour, j’ai pris chez eux car j’avais pas le choix ailleurs.
Heureusement que j’ai pas commandé une trottinette à plusieurs centaines d’euros.

We have fully verified every detail of your order, which was placed on March 7th for the brand-specific shock absorber, with a total charge of 75€ . Your order was shipped from our factory on March 13th, immediately after we processed your payment.
Once the goods are handed over to the freight forwarder, the subsequent international transit, customs clearance procedures, and final delivery coordination with local carriers fall outside of our direct control. Our stated delivery window for this European route is 10-20 days, and minor, occasional delays can occur due to unforeseen factors such as customs inspections or international logistics adjustments. At this time, your shock absorber is fully within the normal delivery timeframe, and the shipment is progressing as scheduled through the standard delivery process.
We also deeply apologize for the unprofessional support you received when you first reached out to us on March 29th. It is completely unacceptable that our team failed to locate your order and your valid, active tracking number, and we are retraining our entire frontline support team on European order management to fix this systemic gap. These guys are ridiculous.I ordered a hydraulic break from my scooter for a replacement and it's almost been a 2 months since I've seen the package, they are unacceptable. As hell, I'm about ready to sell my scooter.

You placed the order for the replacement hydraulic brake for your scooter on February 9th, and the package was successfully delivered to you on March 13th, so the actual waiting period is not nearly 2 months as you mentioned.
When you placed the order, this part was temporarily out of stock in our overseas warehouse. To compensate for the inconvenience and minimize your wait time, we covered the full air freight cost and shipped the part to you via air freight completely free of charge.
We also want to note that the transit time of international air freight is subject to uncontrollable factors such as customs clearance procedures, which is beyond our control. We truly appreciate your understanding on this point.

Escooter total crap. Do not buy

I bought in November and still waiting on third round of parts to fix it myself they refuse to refund. Things didn't work since I got it and the customer service always thinks it's ok asking me to fix and glue things like I have time to always work on it. And when you buy something brand new it should work right. It's months later and it still don't work and they want to send more parts or have me ship it to Florida at their shop which is first they offered this but at this point I just am over this I want my money back. They suck bad. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else. I'd never ever do business with them again. They are impossible and do not think like Americans at all. They just think it's ok to sell stuff that is total crap and not refund you and just drag you along for months . I spent 1000 bucks in a new scooter and it's never worked correctly and they still won't make it right. I can tell a sorry
Long story but I'll just say I'm looking too at if I can take legal action cause I'm fed up. Avoid this lame company, it's not like their videos at all it's crap

NEW nanrobot ls7 plus issue..But!!!

Recently I purchased the new LS7+ and had an issue where a wire was rubbing against the rotor. To my surprise, before I even had to press the issue, Lin Sarah at Nanrobot reached out to me directly through FB Messenger. She immediately addressed the problem, assured me they’d send all the components I needed, and it honestly felt like she hand-delivered my case to customer service — who followed up with the same commitment. That kind of initiative and care is rare these days, and it truly impressed me.
Their quick action and willingness to stand behind their product gave me so much confidence that I decided to purchase another scooter — the new N6+. Once again, I was personally thanked in Messenger for my support, and they even offered me a discount on the order. That showed me Nanrobot values their customers just as much as they value their machines.
Even though I’m in the US and they’re in China, I can honestly say their customer service is on another level. They’ve earned my trust, my loyalty, and my business going forward. I’ll continue recommending Nanrobot to anyone serious about wanting a great scooter, because I’ve seen firsthand that they stand behind what they build. Thank you, Nanrobot!

My only suggestion to make the LS7+ even better would be:
1. Use a countersunk screw on the rotor for extra clearance.
2. Add a motor wire disconnect closer to the rear of the scooter — that way, if a rotor ever needs changing, you wouldn’t have to dig into the deck wiring.

My scooter came in with the folding…

My scooter came in with the folding knob broken in half, brake rotor was bent so it rubs on the brake pads while moving, and the light strip only lit half way. Communication via email is pointless unless you live in Taiwan apparently and buying the warranty was also pointless cause I'm not a mechanic if they even did send me the parts or i would have to package the 100+lb scooter and send it back and forth. Looking at the scooter upsets me because of the initial start so I feel I wasted thousands. They got my money so why should they bother with me now i guess.....

Nanrobot N6 72v

This is my first scooter. So far I'm really enjoying it. I haven't gotten it up to the 3rd speed mode yet given the quick acceleration. I'm taking it slowly. It's a stylish, well-built scooter with quiet, smooth acceleration. It's easy to learn and fun to ride. I am looking forward to getting the steering damper for higher speeds. I am really glad I got this beast.
