Great service
I ordered a few things off the website and it was delivered within a few days. It was delivered by a bloke called Andy, who was a great help and very friendly and a credit to his company! Would use national timber again just on the service alone.

Wow , Great service from Andy & Sam
Wow , what can we say absolutely top service form start to finish. We ordered online and was a bit unsure about it but we have to say we were truly impressed. Right after placing order Sam kept us informed via email and was very helpful with any asks and then to top it all Andy delivered our order and not only that he placed all the wood carefully in the hallway as there wasn't anyone to take it in, i know it is normally kerbside delivery so a BIG THANK YOU Andy top man. We will definitely be using this company in the future and would recommend to everyone as not only do they make sure customer is happy they are reasonably priced too. Thank you to you all.

Poor service
When I placed the order 5 days ago, i received a email saying, "A member of staff will confirm your order and process it within 48 hours, you will then be called with a delivery date." this never happe, instead i discovered my wood order left in the rain for 4 hours after it was delivered at 0645 today. 4 hours it sat in the rain.. not the service I expected.

We had timber delivery today , was expecting tomorrow. Delivery man Andy was very helpful and delivered the woods in our garden despite of the road works and building work in progress. Thank you for the timber and wood appears in good quality

Great Customer Service
There was a problem with receipt of the order their end but this was sorted in a flash no worries!
Andy who came and delivered within the 1hr and a half was really kind too. My hubby wasn't home from work and there's no way i could have handled the delivery due to physical disabilities, he stacked it all up and placed it carefully ready for when the hubster gets home! Excellent thanks National Timber will be issuing your service again xx
