Great service from Rob at National Tyres, Low Fell. Great telephone advice and booked in for the following day. Two new tyres fitted, great service. Will be back again, and always come here as service and prices are good. Thank you.

Stayed open to resolve
Low Fell, Gateshead national tyres. Everyone was so helpful, I got a piece of metal in my tyre at the time they were closing, they stayed open and resolved this for me with a tyre change in around 20 minutes. Really appreciated the help as a 26 year old woman who doesn’t know a thing about cars!

I think the Low fell branch have always…
I think the Low fell branch have always been friendly and helpful and the work is never an issue I keep going back and have just booked my discs and pads for Friday so cheers.

Waiting time
I was very impressed with my on line experience.
However it all changed at the service centre. My appointment was for 10.30 ! I had to wait 50 mins before my car was actually STARTED!
I Ieft the premises after 12.00.
Staff were pleasant but there was no sense of urgency!!!
Will not be revisiting. There are many tyre companies I cam try.

Helpful advice
The fitters was vey helpful giving advice. It lost 1 star because the wrong tyres were delivered. Fortunately they managed to get them changed on the same day
