Outstanding customer service
Ordered 3 storage boxes from the company and although they were very well protected around with thick layers of bubble wrap unfortunately 2 arrived damaged.I sent an email and have to say the company is absolutely amazing . Jake was extremely helpful, replying quickly with questions(whether I want replacement or refund)and instructions. I was ready to get rid of the 2 broken boxes myself but Jake arranged the collection ( I could easily change the day suitable for me). Have to add the boxes seem to be a good quality/sturdy. I recommend this company 100% and will still use in future if need anything. Thank you Jake for outstanding customer service 😊

I ordered two 7 drawer plastic units
I ordered two 7 drawer plastic units. I received two 4 drawer unit with a difference of over £20.00. The units are fine but now I have the drama of trying to get my overpayment back. Poor shopping experience. Unhappy customer.
UPDATE.....The other half of my units arrived later in the day. No one explained these units arrived in two parts and need to be put together. Advising your customers of this would stop any misunderstandings and complaints.

We're pleased to hear that the remaining parts of your order arrived later the same day and that you received the complete 7-drawer units.
The product description states that the 7-drawer storage unit requires assembly, as it is supplied in separate sections that are combined to create the full 7-drawer tower. Due to packaging and shipping requirements, these sections may occasionally arrive separately.
In addition, each order includes an assembly leaflet with instructions on how to connect the sections and assemble the complete unit.

Avoid. Terrible customer service
Ordered item from b&q website, requested a return and refund as item was not what I required. They said as per their policies that I would have to pay £8 per parcel, meaning £16 to return them. This is not stated when purchasing. When querying this I did not get a response. Messaged again the next day informing them that I am currently £100 down and have 2 large parcels in my house in the way and wanted this resolved asap. Still no response. Rubbish customer service. AVOID

We would like to clarify that we did respond to your return request and explained that there would be a return collection charge of £8 per parcel, totalling £16 for both parcels.
For a home collection service, the actual cost to the business is higher than £8 per parcel. However, we absorbed part of the cost in an effort to help reduce the return expense for you.
When purchasing products through the B&Q website, there is also a returns policy link which advises that returned items may incur a charge of up to £50.00 if the products weigh over 30kg. As your items exceed this weight, a return charge is applicable. These return charges and policies are also set in line with the B&Q Marketplace terms and conditions.
We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the product. You advised that the reason for return was that the items were too thick; however, the full product specifications and dimensions are clearly stated on the website prior to purchase.
Please see the returns policy below, which is displayed on the B&Q website:
“Returns policy
If you’d like to arrange a return, use the ‘Contact seller’ button in the My Orders section of My Account, or in the email relating to your order.
Please note that returns for products that have been made to order or mixed to your individual requirements won’t be accepted. If the product weighs over 30kg, the seller may charge up to £50 to process your return.
Some items bought from a B&Q verified seller are eligible for return to a B&Q store, but there are exceptions that cannot be returned in store. For more information, go to the ‘Products bought from B&Q verified sellers’ section in our returns policy.”
We are sorry this purchase did not work out for you this time. However, we do appreciate your feedback and will take this on board to improve transparency with our customers and provide better response times moving forward.

Lax at Neat products was great to deal with. Delivered our plastic gravel grids promptly and for a price that was way cheaper than any others out there. The grids are good quality. Will be using them again.

Outstanding service
I purchased gravel grids from Neat Products, and unfortunately some items arrived damaged due to the box being compromised during transit. After contacting their customer service team, I was very impressed with their response they handled the issue promptly and arranged for a replacement to be sent out without any hassle.
Although I wasn’t home at the time of the replacement delivery, the driver contacted me directly, and I was able to ask them to leave the items safely in my porch.
Overall, I found Neat Products to be an excellent company with a highly professional and responsive team. The level of service I received was outstanding, and I would confidently recommend them to others.

Ordering from Neat Plastics was so easy and convenient. I ordered 30 80litre clear boxes and 10 4 drawer storage towers, the delivery was quick and they were well packed to avoid any damage in transit. Happy with the service received from Lax and will definitely be ordering more products soon.
