We are so pleased with our home office furniture. The quality and finish is perfect. The fitters were very professional and obviously highly skilled.

Our experience with Neatsmiths has been excellent from start to finish and we would highly recommend them.

I received a fantastic service right through from the design process to the fitting, nothing was too much trouble. At the start of the design process I had a number of iterations that I wanted to explore and Neatsmith were happy to oblige, they really understood what I was trying to achieve, and the skill and workmanship that went into the finished product was exceptional, the fitters that came to our house were thoroughly respectful of our home and made provisions to protect surrounding carpets/ walls etc. I am totally over the moon with the final look of the room and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company, worth every penny.

Loved the whole experience of "Neatsmith". Their showrooms are inspirational and the welcome, service and support through the design process helped me to make decisions which were tailored made and personal. Professional follow up kept the process moving with no chasing up which seems to happen so much nowadays, felt valued as a customer. The process was easy and the installation of a unit in my living area efficient and respectful of my home surroundings. They totally explained and delivered the whole process as promised. We needed a full set of cupboards for a new walk-in wardrobe. I looked at lots of companies before choosing Neatsmith. Some I just didn't trust to do a good job, others the quality of the product was shoddy and one quoted an outrageous price.

My first contact with Neatsmith was in their showroom on the King's Road. The staff there could not have been more helpful. They just got it and the first scheme that they created for us was spot on. From that moment every contact with the company was super professional. From the guy who measured up to the people who coordinated the installation and the fitter Gedas who deserves a special mention - who by a country mile was the tidiest person we have had on site with all our building work.

The end product is wonderful and fantastic quality. We are completely delighted and take great pleasure in using them everyday.

We couldn't recommend Neatsmith's enough. They were amazing with us from initial design of the wardrobes (which was made extremely easy) to deciding on the products all the way through to installation and aftercare. Every single person we dealt with was very respectful, conscientious and willing to go above and beyond. We even had designs produced for non-wardrobe furniture that were out of the standard and completely bespoke.

After a year of living with the wardrobes throughout our house we are still delighted with them, the quality and aesthetics of the products provides us with the confidence we will be happy with them for a very long time. We recently had a few minor tweaks needed with some of the wardrobes and within a couple of days one of the fitters was there to fix the issue.

We have recommended Neatsmith's to other friends who are refurbishing their houses and will continue to do so to others, they are a very slick organisation who are an absolute pleasure to deal with.

The showroom staff, design team and installation team were all fantastic.
The quality of our wardrobes are fantastic but I am afraid that the customer service we received after the installation was poor which has ruined the service completely for me.
The communication between the design team and the fitters was not great which resulted in a few things being missed off our production/not finished.
One recommendation is to do everything on email with this company, agree nothing by phone.

The management then got involved very late in the day. I received a phone-call from head office offering for an electrician to be sent and a discount to be made to rectify the problem but then management got involved and said they had checked and they had no recollection of this phone-call.
I finally received an email apologising for the poor communication from the management. A discount was offered by the company but in my view it was extremely poor, I was then threatened with the small claims court if I did not pay.
We did decline their offer for them to return to rectify as I didn't want the company back in my home after a stressful experience.
If only the management had got involved sooner, offered to come to site to see our unfinished wardrobes, listened to us face to face and had a better customer service manner.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Neatsmith. The entire process from initial design to fit out was dealt with extremely professionally. The quality of work was exceptional. Any small issues were dealt with immediately and a special thanks to Hannah, Katie & Imogen and the entire install team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

I am absolutely delighted with the walk in dressing room that Neatsmith designed and fitted. Particular thanks to Zaynah who was so patient with us during the design process and must have drawn up 15 designs and revisions before we finally got it perfect. The installation was well planned and the installation team were helpful, tidy and friendly. Altogether a great result. I also thought the price was very reasonable and was a lot less than a quote from another bespoke joinery company.

This is the fourth project I have engaged Neatsmith to deliver for me, which in itself, is testament to my belief and connection with this company and its people.

The product itself, whilst expensive, is impeccable - the quality, fit and finish will surpass your expectations and for me, if you’re someone who likes things to be absolutely perfect, worth every penny!

We had fitted wardrobes installed by Neatsmith last week . From the initial survey through to the final fitting it has been an excellent customer service all the way through. It was great to be able to spend the time in the Swiss Cottage showroom to design exactly the right wardrobe for our space with the team there able to demonstrate different ideas and suggestions to get the design right. The fitting was expected to take 2 days but was done in a day ( I appreciated the fitters working late to get it all done that day), with minimum disruption and great care taken. Would recommend

I first used Neatsmith five years ago to fit wardrobes throughout what is a very large apartment in London. we went to various companies but particularly felt comfortable with the customer service in their Swiss Cottage branch. No, they were not the cheapest and, yes, they were by a long way from the most expensive.However, after having checked the materials used by four different companies I settled upon Neatsmith. I don't wish to sound as though I have shares in the place but they were absolutely fantastic and their customer service is sincerely on a different planet to other companies that we have used in the past.

Dear reader – you might ask why it's taken me five years to leave the review. Truth is I forgot the first time round. What made me do it was this morning. I had a shelf that needed lifting and repositioned and, I kid you not, somebody came round within two days to survey and one week later had the new shelf manufactured and put up this morning.

Two years ago I also used them to put a good quality fitted wardrobe in a flat that I rent out and once again it looks actually fantastic. Coincidently, last week my tenant asked whether a shelf could be lowered as some of his suits weretouching the bottom shelf (he is extremely tall!) I swear they were round again in 24 hours and relocated the shelf.

This is a company where nothing seems to be too much trouble to gain trust from customers. My own company also is very heavily customer orientated but while I would give 10 out of 10 to Neatsmith I would only give my own team 9 out of 10. We have a lot to learn!

If I can make one remark that I do not understand. Why are there are only 12 reviews on this website. It occurs to me that perhaps they're not asking customers to leave reviews which, especially these days, is so important.

Neatsmith’s - workmanship and service.

I had a bedroom completely covered by cupboards by Neatsmith, from floor to (4 meter) ceiling. They looked after us at the showroom, repeating the difference between their doors again and again; they sent their designers over several times and we always found them at our disposal to discuss any changes or ideas we had about the job as time went on.

The finish is great, and - while it has yet to pass the test of time - the workmanship seems very good. One of the best bits was after taking all that time with the designers to fine-tweak every detail, I managed to have a ‘grand’ idea that contradicted all the drawings the night before they started the job. The workers they sent were eager to listen and able to accommodate on the hop; they even advised and did it very well!

Would definitely recommend if you have the budget. They’re fully-priced and are not the place to go if you want ‘affordable’ product or heavily discounted offers (in fact any discount at all based on my valiant attempt...). But the quality of the final product exceeds anything I’ve seen elsewhere. So i’d consider them like the Pimlico Plumbers or wardrobe-making - not at all cheap but a well-organised operation worth considering/using if you want to be sure of a certain level of finish and an overall pleasant experience!

Faultless experience from start to finish. Great customer service and fitting all done to schedule. Could not be more pleased with the finished product and at a very modest price compared to the competition. Would not hesitate to recommend them .

They do great bespoke closets. We got floor-to-ceiling closets done in two rooms of our new house, and they did a beautiful job! Two years later the rolling panels work just as smoothly as the day we bought them. Would recommend to anyone.

I came across this company by chance whilst driving past their Teddington Showroom, where I popped in and met the charming and delightful Sarah and Carolina. They were not only professional but down to earth and made me and my partner both feel very comfortable and at home.

Neatsmith was a excellent choice from start to finish. The showroom was amazing with a excellent choice of different styles and products. Sarah (in the Teddington store) was fantastic, she listened to us in the showroom and came up with exactly what we wanted even though at the time we didn't know want we wanted when we entered the store!!!!

The installation of our wardrobes were done with professionalism and care and the installer Olegs was extremely professional, clean and considerate, even taking delivery of a new garage tool chest for us whilst we were at work. Now we have these beautiful bespoke wardrobes in our 2 bedrooms that we can honestly say that we're very happy.

Thanks guys for the fantastic service at every level. We highly recommend Neatsmith.. the wardrobes are so smooth and our bedrooms feel twice the size now that all of our storage is utilised to the mm. Thumbs up.

Quality comes at a Price and this is one that we do not regret paying.

The only negative comment I have, is now I have to come up with another excuse to visit the Teddington store for excellent conversation and awesome service....

I would 100% recommend Neatsmith to anyone who is after bespoke wardrobes. Granted they are expensive, however the service was exactly what you expected from start to finish. I felt welcomed in the store from the moment I stepped foot in the show room and the attention to detail on my design was superb. Not only could I make as many changes I seem necessary I was kept up to date every step of the way once I had placed the order. Vlad just finished fitting the wardrobes for me and he was excellent. He took his time to make sure everything was perfect and was meticulous with his craftsmanship. On top of that he was very clean and left no mess whatsoever. If you're having doubts, then don't because you will not be disappointed.

Expensive but worth it. We had a fitted wardrobe designed and installed by Neatsmith's. The sales staff were very good with talking us through the various options, and made a couple of suggestions I wouldn't have thought of but were definitely worth it. The wardrobe fitter took 2 days to install it, and worked late each day to ensure it was completed on time. The wardrobe itself is a thing of wonder, it looks great, and everything just feels right. And the door-controlled LED lights are awesome.
