About a month ago I ordered a Fractal Design Torrent case (FD-C-TOR1A-04) for around £230.

Delivery was super-fast as promised and the quality of the case was perfect. I've been using it for around a month and no issues whatsoever. Great company.

Excellent service. Bought a motherboard form them and when it arrived it had some minor cosmetic damage from the delivery company. Got a super quick response to email on a bank holiday when they were closed and they shipped out a replacement that was with me within 48h. Couldn't be happier.

I was looking to upgrade my graphics card and found that Neo Computers had some of the best prices in the currently inflated GPU market. I usually order pc parts from some of the well known stores and had never heard of Neo Computers.

I decided to give them a call, but the line was busy. About 2 minutes later I got a call back from Paul (company director) saying sorry we missed your call and how can we help - now that's customer service!!!

Paul was very knowledgeable and went through the best upgrade options within my budget. I placed the order at 2pm and it was delivered the next day for free - this is the same for all orders!

I am extremely happy with the the price and great customer service. In future, I will always go to Neo Computers first for pc parts and accessories, and would highly recommend them.

I ordered my PSU from NeoComputers as it was the best price I could find for the particular model I wanted. It arrived quickly and I experienced no issues.

I recently reached out for help with purchasing a gaming PC. Enter Paul. His customer care and knowledge about the industry meant that I received the best possible build at the best available price. Paul's customer service was outstanding both before and after the purchase and I have one very happy son with a fantastic ganing PC. Thank you! I couldn't recommend this company more highly!

Good service and price was competitive, which is why we brought as only buy from the cheapest. Well packaged, will use again on future products, if prices stay competitive.

There was a supply issue with the PSU that I ordered and I was called minutes after placing the order to be informed of the mistake and was offered a better PSU for the same price. I was devastated when he told me because I had handpicked that specific PSU for my personal build, but Paul (I think) made sure I got exactly the same specs or better. It's nice to encounter retailers who know what they are talking about, it's rare these days!

To tell the truth, I was a little bit apprehensive to order from a business I had never heard of, but upon looking them up, I saw absolutely no red flags and only good reviews. They are all warranted, they made the whole experience flawless. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
