Chris & Francesca are absolutely fantastic. After being with a well known high street agent for a few months with hardly any viewings I called Chris who instantly put me at ease. Fantastic photos and video of our property and viewings flooded in. Having a WhatsApp chat along with the Nested app makes it all so simple and easy. Where do we begin? From the 1st time I met Chris I knew that if we were going to move house, Nested (and most importantly Chris) would be the only people we would use.
From 1st valuation through to exchange of contracts Chris and Francesca have been absolutely faultless. As others have said, their communication is where they really shine. Gone are the days of calling an office and not getting a reply or constantly chasing for viewer’s feedback – from the App through to our What’s app group, you’re never left waiting for a reply to anything.
Francesca is absolutely the icing on the “local estate agent’s cake”! Approachable, knowledgeable, courteous and highly efficient – she’s made the process so much more bearable. We’ve been in a short chain, (but not without its problems) and we’ve secured an amazing family forever home and sold to some lovely 1st time buyers!

I enquired about a property in East Kilbride which was for sale on February 11th and received an automated email with the seller’s agent details. I replied, requesting the home report, but never received a response.

I called their office multiple times, and every call went to voicemail (Bit of a red flag when an estate agent can’t even answer the phone)

A couple of days later, I did receive a call back from a polite lady in their London office, who assured me that her colleague, Alan Shields, would be in touch and that she would chase him up via email.

Fast forward a week, and I still haven’t received a response from Alan or the home report.

If I were the property owner, I’d be extremely unhappy knowing that a cash buyer had shown interest in my property, yet the agent hadn’t even bothered to reply.

Basic communication is the absolute minimum you’d expect from an estate agent, and this company has failed at the first hurdle IMO, Based on my experience - I wouldn’t trust them to sell my property and by the looks of it, I can’t even buy through them since they don’t answer calls or reply to emails.

Not a great first impression!

Thankyou to Simon at Bourne & Co! I would definitely recommend using this agent. They are easily contactable day or night and got us a top price for our property. The transaction went smoothly thanks to their helpfulness and fast responses.

The first time we have used Nested, our agent Pablo was a pleasure to deal with, working hard to sell our property, always keeping us informed and very professional, definitely knows the property business inside and out. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend.

I cannot recommend Ryan Elsam Nested estate agents or his parent company Nested estate agents . Last year we moved house and we were selling and purchasing using Ryan Elsam nested estate agents. We withdrew from the house purchase due to lack of transparency on the onward chain and started the process to buy a chain free property listed with another agency. At this point Ryan’s sales progressor sent the following message to our buyers by WhatsApp:-
“If you do wish to apply pressure that they could be at the risk of losing their buyers, I will as they need you more than you need them, you are in the driving seat “
Our buyers were totally shocked by this and sent it on to us, we were astonished by this message.
I thought agents were supposed to act with integrity and in the best interest of their clients. They obviously were not in our case !
So I would never use them again or recommend anyone to use them

I recently listed my property with Nested, and I have to say, the experience was smooth, efficient, and very professional all throughout. From the very beginning, their team was communicative, and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome for me.

Alan Shields is honestly a great guy to deal with. He makes you feel at ease and keeps you upto date with everything every step of the way. Selling your house can be very stressful but Alan just keeps you at ease and is just great to deal with. He is a topman and thankyou 💯. He sold my house within 6 weeks. Adam provided his expertise and guidance at every step of the project, was extremely responsive in all communications, and usually answered all my questions immediately. I appreciated his honest and transparent insight in frank conversations, as well as his genuine and kind demeanor in a process that can be highly stressful at times.
