I wanted to give the product I ordered a negative review but now it has to be for the company. I ordered a set of drawers, there was a large delay in delivery which was handled politely however no compensation was provided (I wouldn’t have bought from them if I’d known about this delay). The drawers arrived and they were of terrible quality, poor craftsmanship, misaligned, flimsy. I wanted to review the product but couldn’t find anywhere to do it on the website. I contacted the company and I’ve received no response. Hence for the misrepresented delivery time, terrible quality product, and lack of response to my last communication, I would highly recommend not buying from this company.

Although not everything I wanted was in stock, they texted me as soon as they were to let me know. Very good customer care experience.

Delivery arrived well packaged and when promised. Only negative was no order updates for over a week. However I would certainly shop at net furniture again. Also very pleased with quality of table and chairs.

The gentleman was so helpful, I spoke to him a couple of times on the phone. He went out of his way assist me find the stools I wanted, and called me back Wem I left a message. I would definitely recommend using them.

I had a problem with one of the seats on a set of stools I ordered, Zed sorted this out for me and got a replacement seat sent to me from his supplier. He was very efficient, helpful and understanding.

Excellent service from initial contact to final delivery.
The table is exactly what we wanted and for a small surcharge being able to make the size of the table top the exact size we wanted and not just the nearest stock size made all the difference. Perfect 👍

Breakfast Bar Stools
After being advised that there will be a delay, the stools arrived earlier than expected. When the stools arrived, it had a slight issue with the enclosures, when I contacted them, they contacted their supplier within minutes of receiving my email, who In turn replied instantly. They immediately said they would send me out the missing parts. This is going above and beyond in my opinion. Their customer service is truly outstanding, and I will most definitely be using them again. I cannot rate Net furniture highly enough. 10/10.

I ordered these items together but they were not a suite. They arrived within the timeframe required although two deliveries; two chairs arrived on a Friday, the ready assembled table the following Monday. My wife and I are very happy with the items and found the cost competitive. The only slight niggle was that we were not advised of the delivery schedule until we asked.

Really helpful staff. I have a table that is not a standard height, so had great difficulty finding a chair or bar stool that was the right height to go with it. I asked staff at this company for advice. They gave me lots of advice on what sort of stool to have, and were very patient, not pushy at all. A member of staff did some research for me and suggested one particular bar stool which he thought would be suitable. I ordered the stool. When it arrived, I saw that one of the screws in the bag of fittings had not been made properly and the thread was distorted. I told the company about this and was sent a new bag of fittings within a few days. It was fairly easy to assemble the stool, which looks great in my kitchen and is a pleasure to sit on! I'm a happy customer 😁.
