I am a college professor who has nothing to do with purchasing technology or security. Yet, I ended up on Netwrix' mailing list. I suppose this is understandable, since my email address is readily available online. However, there are several companies who ended up with my contact information. I responded to them telling them that I am not who they are looking for. Some of them responded personally, stating they would remove me from their list. Some responded with advice about how to remove me from the list that their company bought for contacts. This is greatly appreciated. Netwrix, however, has ignored multiple requests to remove me from their mailing list. Dirk Schrader, the VP of Security Research at Netwrix, has multiple emails from my personal email to his inbox and he has shown that he is not interested in being responsible or response-able. Disappointing. And disrespectful.

Netwrix Auditor really simplified how we track what’s happening across our systems. Now we can quickly see who made changes and when, without digging through endless logs. The reports and alerts save us a lot of time, and we feel more in control of our environment. It just works well and does what it promises.

Die Empfehlung von Netwrix auf ein Problem: ich soll mich mit meinem Account einlogen, -obwohl ich keinen Account habe, kommt immer wieder der selbe "Textbaustein".
Lesen, das Problem erkennen und dann handeln, findet da einfach nicht statt.
Finger weg, vor solchen "automatisierten Idioten".

Having been a user of their Password Policy Enforcer software a number of years ago, I suggested we use them at the company I joined a short while ago.

I reached out for a quote and heard nothing.
I tried again. Still nothing.
I was then approached by Dominic who made some excuse about how requests weren't being routed properly and asked me for some details on our environment which I supplied.
Then... nothing.
Still... nothing.
I chased them up and they then gave some further excuse about their associate not forwarding information.
I then chased again and heard... that's right... NOTHING.

If this is how their sales team respond to a company wishing to spend money, I can only imagine the horror show that would be their support once they have your money.

I'd give them -stars if I could.

We will look elsewhere.
