Have had my ND2 Baitboat for about 2-3 years never had any major problems with it. Was delivered promptly after purchase.
Unlike many that complain. I took the time to read the manual and watch some YouTube videos to learn how to use it properly.
Have brought other bits and bobs direct from their online shop, all have arrived quickly.
The one time I had to contact customer service about my autopilot suddenly becoming invalid while in France.It was rectified within half hour.
They have even sorted the issues that some users were having with the iOS version of the app, though that did take quite a while.
Would certainly recommend this company and their products

If I could give 6 stars I would! I bought their ND2 bait boat upon release and it has been used almost to death and unfortunately did develop a fault. I contacted them regarding this, the boat was repaired and returned to me within a week and has run perfectly since. I can't rate the customer service highly enough, they were prompt and professional and told me exactly what was happening from the off. I have quite a few other items from them (all due to the initial purchase of the boat) and can't rate it highly enough. I have their full carbon sticks/pod set up, landing net, alarms, bivvy light...... The list goes on. A brilliant company with innovative products

I have owned my ND2 boat well over two years and fingers crossed haven't had any issues with it it's been florless. I highly recommend the boat to anyone they really are one of the best boats on the market as I no as I have had quite a few different boats over the years.

Top company great boat, had mine a year now and can’t fault it,
Give them a break they are a small company with small team and a really high demand as it’s a great product,
If you have an issue contact them but be polite and patient and they will sort.

I bought my boat in England quick delivery and brang it back to Australia with me. No problems in 3 years. Only one picky thing would be they don’t reply to the emails but they do on Facebook.

I purchased a baitboat 2 almost two years ago and it has been absolutely first class serving me without fault both home and abroad. Highly recommend

Never had any problems with my bait boat, hoppers a little sticky at the start , just loosened the screws.
Also sent me out the new charger free .
Don't use it very often, but a very good bit of kit.

Talking from my experience the ND2 is a good bit of kit, for £500 it was beyond expectations does everything you want and more including a free app, can’t say much about the customer service as I’ve had no issues the boat has been put threw its paces and served me fine, it arrived on time with the battery and the questions I had got answered on Facebook, would definitely recommend one for the simple fact your getting a lot of boat for the money compared to what’s on the market today

ND2 bait boat is a fantastic bit if kit. I've owned one for nearly 3 years and it's been spot on. The ND app has also been faultless since day one and it's got even better after the new updates. We'll done ND!! Great customer service too! Highly recommend!!! 5 STARS!!!

Used them for 3 years now got most of there items nd boat2 bite alarms bivvy table ect had to go through customer service twice both times going above and beyond I lost my boat cover with comes with the boat bag they don't sell them separately but found one in work shop and sent it out to Me could not recommend enough quality products at competitive rates 5*

Had my ND2 boat nearly 2 years and never had any issues. Used for week long France sessions and on all types of UK waters and has not put a foot wrong. Highly recommend 👌
