Ben was excellent in providing an emergency replacement solution at a value for money price and trustworthy and knowledgeable advice. I didn’t even have to take time off work. He was on it first thing! Thanks heaps Ben and the team. We were really impressed with the quality of the installation as well.

We have had no problems with our Heat Pump and would certainly recommend it to others, although make sure it is a Sanden as that brand is made in Australia to Australian standards we have been told by our plumber.

Fantastic Service I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Ben and his team to anyone. The Sanden hot water pump is amazing. Super Quiet running and more energy efficient then our previous hot water pump. Ben and his team went above and beyond to make sure our family had hot water. Communication, Installation and Follow up service have all been excellent!

Our hot water service sprung a leak at 2am on a Wednesday night. I called NewGen the following morning, and Ben came around midday to provide a quote for replacing my old electric storage heater with a Sanden heat pump unit. The new heater was installed the next day.
Everyone concerned was brilliant. They did a great quality job, and at very short notice. I would not hesitate to recommend NewGen (and Sanden heat pumps) to anyone else looking to save over 75% on the energy use for their hot water system.

Service great, equipment great, installation great and I would have no problem recommending NewGen.

The new HWS was a replacement for our old gravity unit so the extra pressure is just brilliant. The installation process was smooth and quick.
The heat pump is remarkably quiet. The lag time is reduced but still not great and the required installation of the tempering valve makes getting hot water at the kitchen sink ( to was dirty oily pots) very difficult!! Also the water flow restricters in the shower unit does restrict the flow noticeably.
Not really the fault of the HWS.
Otherwise very happy.

SANDEN HEAT PUMP INSTALLATION

Three months ago New Gen Solar installed a Sanden Heat Pump hot water system to replace a roof top solar hot water. The system was promptly and professionally installed and we have been delighted with the outcome. The heat pump is whisper quiet and hot water was delivered within 15 minutes of switching on.

We operate the system on off peak electricity and it delivers large amounts of hot water at economical rates. Thanks Ben and New Gen Solar.

great product installed by an amazing team!

I was looking to replace my power hungry electric storage water heater system with an energy efficient system. I must have called about 4 different companies who ranged from rude at the worst to not helpful at the best. the last call i made was to new gen solar. Ben asked me a fair bit of questions to understand my requirements and also recommend options for me to evaluate. Never at this time was he being pushy and trying to sell me something. In the end I was of the view that his recommendation was going to save me quite a few $$$ - both in short term and long term.

The plumbing team of Jack & Russel came right on time at 8 am and finished off installing the system by 11 am. They did a pretty amazing job. Everything was left neat and tidy. Gary and Jacob came a bit later in the day and completed the electrical work. I can see the savings in my solar power app. the peak usage has come down from 3.75KW to just about 0.95KW and I get hot water. Needless to say, I am very happy. Now I need to monitor how the system runs over the next few weeks and over winter. Fingers crossed the system is as good as its claimed to be.

Inspiring company to deal with, extremely knowledgeable, kept verbal commitments, punctual, polite well presented and cleaned up after themselves. Any issues were sorted out with no fuss highly recommended.

Recommended NewGen to my family & friends. Professional install, great pre/during/after sales service. The Sanden equipment is great, super efficient with basically no running costs when coupled with a standard Solar installation even on a cloudy day.
