Potentially a good product- yet to receive it and the tracking number received has provided no update at all. Been asked to give a review 2days after purchase and not replying to emails when after an update will rarely welcome a positive review from anyone let alone another business owner.

They sent the wrong size boxes (still advertised as 16mm, but actually 22mm so won't pass as a large letter) and won't answer the phone, email or chat messages. I've spent over $100 and have a bunch of useless boxes. Shocking company. Do not use.

So easy to order from, fantastic pricing & the efficient delivery, what more could you want!!!

I ordered 100 tuck in boxes, my order arrived fairly timely but instead of the tuck in boxes I received tape up ones. I really needed the tuck in boxes for a specific project. However I have emailed, messaged and phoned (left a message also) them and no response whatsoever. I am deeply dissapointed.

Although the first parcel we received was mouldy when opened, Newpack immediately sent me another one, which was fine, without any hassle.

Package never arrived. Never got any notifications or contact from business. Tried to contact business multiple ways/times with no reply. Had to request refund through paypal. Will never use again

It took 8 days between placing my sample order and it being dispatched. I also had to follow this up. So I have made a bulk purchase through another company.

Terrible customer service. Phoned 4 times and left messages- no response.
Emailed 3 times- no response.
Took 2 weeks for basic packaging to arrive- which was urgent.
I then had to purchase from another company to fulfill orders which were now delayed.
The other company fulfilled the order immediately.
I will not be using this company again.
Very disappointing.
