The Company did honor its "no surprises" "no hidden fees" promise, but the car was not of the size that they advertised and I had trouble fitting my luggage, so that made the driving experience quite uncomfortable. Also, the car did not have windshield cleaner fluid, so in a country where it rains and stops, daily, this became a big problem too. The car was also quite used and not clean. The company is run together with other rental companies so they group everyone in the same shuttle bus and not everyone fits so you can expect to have to wait for a second bus to get to the airport.

Tout est compris dans le tarif et c'est la meilleure solution ! (Le jour où on récupère la voiture, prévoir une provision de 176 € payés par carte de crédit (pas débit) pour l'essence et les péages qui seront remboursés dans les jours qui suivent le retour en fonction de la voiture rendue avec le plein ou non et des péages) J'ai endommagé la voiture l'avant dernier jour et lorsque je l'ai rendue, j'ai rempli un formulaire (1page) et on m'a bien confirmé que je n'aurais pas de frais supplémentaire. Ça a été un vrai soulagement. Le personnel a été très serviable à l'accueil puis au retour de la voiture. La voiture (Suzuki Vitara automatique)était propre et a très bien fonctionné. Très satisfaite de mon expérience avec Newway. Agence de location fiable à recommander !

We rented a car with NewWay for 7 days picking up at Dublin Airport with all inclusive insurance. There was a sign at the NewWay counter directing us to the Budget/Avis counter for car pickup. There were no lines and we got the exact car we reserved, an automatic Toyota Yaris.

When returning the car, we followed the signs to the Car Rental Return Lot at the airport. One again it was a smooth process with no lines and no waiting. The parking shuttle to the terminal was already waiting.

Everything went smoothly with no issues. We would definitely rent from NewWay the next time we are in Ireland. 5 stars: no waiting, no insurance hassles, no extra charges, pleasant and courteous employees.

The only bad part of Ireland trips was dealing with rental cars. Now they fixed that !

Lovely experience with NewWay. I used their service twice; both times we picked up the car in the Dublin City Office. The all-inclusive insurance policy and allowing debit cards with no fuss allow us to travel with a peace of mind. They will take somewhere between 100 and 200 euros as a fuel deposit, which would be returned usually in 2 days with no issue at all.
I would definitely use again; hope that they will update their fleet soon too as both times the cars are from 2023 with around 100,000km on the clock. The first time I rented a “standard auto” and got a Corolla sedan. The second time I rented a “full size SUV” and got a Qashqai.

friendly, competent service people, ease of pickup and return

Newway delivered what was promised in a simple polite process. Only slight downside was the car was different from what we had expected. It was bigger (probably an upgrade) but too large for us. Every contact, in person or digital was wonderful.

The best rental company I have ever dealt with. 12 days hire in Ireland, was able to use ING Debit Visa card, no nasty surprises, huge holding deposits. Car was super for my needs, customer service second to none. Nominal fee was held to cover fuel, it was returned to account within 24 hours

Good prices, no excess deposit (only to cover full tank), everyone was prompt and helpful. Got a 1.2 Panda Hybrid, which was cozy for 2 people.

Fast service, straight forward and great communication with the staff.
The location is easy to find, the office, the collection point and the return of the car, well explained by the staff and easy to get there using maps.
The car was in good shape as described but just one thing which dropped a star from the rating, the windshield wipers...were absolutely terrible and I was really surprised to see that. They were not wiping properly and making a loud noise when wiping, in a country where rain is the dominant menu, wipers should be perfect. Not comfort but most importantly safety.
Other than that all good, I'd rent a car again but not before checking the...wipers 😊

Awesome experience renting from you guys,my first time but definitely not my last.
Everything was simple and easy to follow,great selection of cars,no huge deposit to pay,all insurances included,just a charge against the fuel,which was back in my bank before we'd left the vehicle park.

Fully comprehensive price and one of the most competitive prices quoted at Dublin Airport. Great to have NO worries or large credit card deposit when full insurance is included. I have already recommended them to family and friends. No need for a credit card (just a debit card for the fuel deposit). Car was clean, pick-up desk at the airport arrivals terminal and car collection outside the airport arrivals in the short-term car park (no waiting...no car park bus etc). Highly recommended!!!!
