Item was of a quality I am very happy with, it was also sent out very fast and arrived within a few days.

Although the Hilt itself was really nice, delivery was a nightmare. DHL kept changing the delivery date and time. Also my fault for not reading the details, but the Saber wasn't BT enabled or usable with the xeno App. Using it manually is a Nightmare. And the Blade had two deep depressions, almost holes, near the tip. Like the blade had been inserted the wrong way and the screws overtightened. The box was open and seemed repackaged. It very much felt like the item had been returned previously and resold. I have brought much better Sabers for a lot less money.

I ordered the warden lightsaber from them and it came in 3 days, although the blade was verry slightly dinted they were willing to replace it verry quickly.

I have not received my package. I have spent over €300 euro on a sword I have not received. I have not received my sword as the package has been held awaiting my identity verification, which I was told was completed at the event I purchased the sword at and I am unable to complete the verification online. I have made several attempts to ring your company and all phone calls were unanswered. I would be very appreciative if I heard back about my order.

The price, service and delivery was great. I got a tanto and its deadly, only problem is that the sheath is leaving small marks on the back of the blade but other than that its perfect.

I bought a damaged Star Wars helmet to see what the damaged section products were like. All I can find wrong is a couple of scratches on he top of the helmet. The product is very sturdy with good padding on the inside. It’s a little on the small side but it might just be my head being big.
I’ll definitely be buying again.

The axe I ordered arrived quickly and well-packaged. The reason my rating isn't 5 stars is that the axe is slightly different from the reference image on the website. The runes aren't blue, and the axe handle doesn't have the same gold details as the one on the website. I asked about this via email, but they never responded, so this is my opinion and rating.

Goods never received would give 0 stars if I could
