Having worked with Nigel Frank before, I didn't hesitate to reach out to Emma Townsend and Jack Waddell again when I started loooking for a new Dynamics 365 role. They responded the same day, we discussed a number of options and after a few rounds of interviews with various clients, I accepted an offer.

Not only is the performance/communication of the recruiter important, but also their access to the right clients and roles for the candidate.
