Amazing service! I accidentally bought tickets to an evening show, instead of a matinee. I then panicked and bought matinee tickets as well. I emailed Nimax and got a response almost instantly.
Liam was so helpful and sorted out my mistake: cancelling and refunding the tickets for the evening show, and ensuring my matinee tickets were sorted.
I have never experienced such good customer service from a theatre company and was extremely grateful for the help.
My tickets worked perfectly, I enjoyed the show and got a refund for the mistake I made. More than I could have expected.

I booked tickets for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child but immediately realized I'd accidentally selected the wrong date. I contacted customer service by email, and Garry sorted everything out in about 10 minutes! Incredibly quick and helpful service. Very impressed and grateful!

We had a query in relation to a voucher we had for the theatre and about getting Access tickets for the Six show. Lauren S. was more than helpful with our query and explained everything clearly that we needed to do to get the access tickets for our chosen date.

Sent a query regarding my ticket. Garry Responded immediately and sent my new confirmation. Good job Garry

The customer service team were fantastic!! I bought tickets for a show for my daughter as a surprise and she did the same for me. We didn't need 4 tickets so I contacted customer services and they refunded my money. Great service from the team and can't wait to see the show!

I opted for print at home tickets only to find I cannot print them now. I have to wait until 72 hours before the show considerably adding to my stress wondering if my tickets are going to arrive.

A day after booking tickets for Nerdy Prudes Must Die, we found out we couldn't make it due to a conflict. I emailed the Nimax customer service and was very quickly able to arrange a ticket exchange. Many of the dates were sold out, so big thanks to Toby and Garry for sorting it out.

Well at first it was awkward because it didnt let me choose to send it to a specific email so i never got my confirmation but the customer service was brilliant and sorted it in just a few minutes literally quickest response time ive ever had :) so im happy with that

My confirmation email didnt initially work which was a tad stressful but when I got in touch with customer service they were so clear and helpful they put me at ease. Incredible customer service helped sort everything.

I cannot thank Nimax Theatres enough for their kindness and help in resolving an extremely stressful and drawn-out issue with a third-party ticket provider. I booked the tickets and checked out and it took too long and then I was kicked out bc I didn’t log in into an account (it was my first time and I didn’t have an account). The tickets I chose then where gone and I had to redo everything but I was able to chose similar tickets so it was not as bad. I just wasted my time the first time because it took too long to load before it kicked me out but the second time it was fine because I created an account. it was still a little bit frustrating though

Quick and easy booking in the presale for tickets. Once on the site, easy to navigate for the day I wanted.

Everything went very smoothly I wasn’t kicked out of the queue and I was able to get good tickets!

I never received my tickets by email so will have to go to the theatre box office early

Thoroughly impressed with Gary. We had double booked a show trying to give a surprise within family. Luckily we found out and I phoned up Nimax, spoke to Gary and he was so efficient and spoke to the Manager and refunded my booking. (£285).

Once I had decided on the show, I paid for my tickets, then 5 minutes later, I realised I hadn't used the voucher I had been meaning to use.
I called him back & he cancelled my order & then went through the booking again, letting me use our voucher.
